Didn't even sit down. Hostess ignored me and my wife. When someone came in behind us, the hostess talked to them and ignored us. Don't know if it's because my wife is Asian but it was very rude. Not a friendly place. Ate somewhere else.

Went there for dinner tonight. Had the most amazing server she truly was so kind I wish I remembered her name but shout out to you. Unfortunately I have now come down with food poisoning and have been experiencing the symptoms the entire night.

Had a really good dining experience at the Centerville location. Our server Benji was very friendly and attentive. Food arrived quickly and tasted great. We had the Triple dippers and the Chicken bacon quesadilla. Also enjoyed a great margarita.

Ok I've given this chili's countless tries. Every time my friends and I have come down with food poisoning. And I can eat three day old gas station sushi. Diarrhea, upset stomach bloating and vomiting within three hours every time we eat here. All different dishes as well. I have noticed pepper left over on the glasses. My friend has noticed one of the urinals had been down for a month. Affecting the cleanliness of the bathrooms.

We brought my 85-year-old mother, who has difficulty seeing and walking, and KC went above and beyond to make her feel comfortable. He took the time to go over the menu with her patiently and made sure she never felt rushed or overlooked.
His kindness and attentiveness truly stood out and made the evening special for our family. As we were leaving, the female manager kindly opened the door for us, which was a thoughtful gesture and greatly appreciated.
Excellent service from beginning to end—thank you, KC and team, for making our dinner so enjoyable.

We visited the restaurant to celebrate my birthday and were served by Royal. As a server, he was very polite and friendly, which we appreciated. He checked in with us and had a good attitude throughout our meal.
However, as a bartender, the experience was less positive. While the food was good and service at the table was pleasant, it was clear that Royal struggled with time management behind the bar. He seemed distracted and frequently focused his attention on a young couple across from the bar—so much so that it affected how quickly and efficiently drinks were made. It made things feel a bit unprofessional, especially considering one of them looks under 21. Please note the young couple was not drinking but still in the bar area. ( I believe she was a employee or a friend)
Overall, Royal is a kind and courteous server, but his bartending could definitely improve in terms of focus and time management.

Attentive, relatable, and has a very kind heart. You know when you're around someone and they just have a light so bright and it makes your sick, moody self happy? Yeah that's all Alex.

Stopped late tonight (9), got sat right away, hostess was great. Sat. And sat. And sat. 10-15 minutes. No server. We were seated in the bar area and asked if someone could take our order, at least for something to drink. Hostess tried to find a server for us since the bartender couldn’t be bothered. Saw us. Turned his back to keep talking to his coworkers. Three of them standing not far away and ignoring us, even after the hostess asked for a server. So unprofessional. Would have been one star but had to give the hostess the 2nd star for at least trying. We eventually just left because they could have cared less that we were sitting there. Super disappointed, Centerville Chili’s!
It's been a long time but we made it back and didn't disappoint big portions and very tasty. Our server was the greatest megan. Thanks.
