Chipotle Mexican Grill

This chipotle feels like what it used to be. You don’t need to use “chipotle hacks” here. They give you the portions we all want. FULL scoops of rice. HEAPING scoops of chicken. Feels like I’m back in chipotle prime. The gentleman who served us was polite and attentive. My $10 chicken bowl was the heaviest I’ve felt in a long time. Also the chicken and rice were cooked perfectly. Can’t stand when I get crunchy rice. This was not that. My husband got a double chicken bowl and I was stunned by the absolute MOUNTIAN of chicken on his bowl. Will drive out of the way to come to this specific location in the future. 10/10

It's not worth coming to this location. The Bountiful and Farmington locations are much better, and worth the drive even if this one is closer.

I assume it must be a management problem here, because they consistently provide poor service. If I order Chipotlane pickup, either the food isn't ready when promised, or they will completely ignore that I'm at the window for 5+ minutes while my food sits on a shelf getting cold. When I come inside to order, their line moves slow, and they're always running out of some ingredient that they then have to prep/cook. If I order on the app for inside pickup, the order ends up being placed in the Chipotlane area instead of the inside pickup shelves, so I have to flag someone down to get the bag for me. Just one problem after another, every visit.

Such a bummer, the place looks nice and is in a convenient location, but the service falls short.

The last three times I've gotten the steak here, its been more grissle than meat.

Ate at this location yesterday and it was the BEST I have had over any other location. They greeted us upon entering and the guy on the other side of the counter was GREAT at fixing up our order! Thanks for a great meal! Yum!!!

Second shift at this location really has their beans together! I used to work for Chipotle and trust me when I say the food was spot on delicious. Perfect rice, good cut sizes, service was quick, helpful and friendly! Great job my friends! My experience tonight reminded me why I love Chipotle 🌶️

Also very accommodating to my wife’s many culinary demands 🤌 (she ordered everything on the side)

The staff are a bunch of teenagers that are not qualified to serve food let alone cook it you can tell they didn’t care about the customer just talking while making orders

I love chipotle but this time got some undercooked steak and old chips

They need new staff all around someone with experience in the food industry .

This place is understaffed, which is why the service isn’t great. But the food tastes just as good as any other chipotle!! Always one of my go to chains for macro-friendly meals for an affordable price.

The food was delicious. We got the Beef Barbacoa Burrito Bowl with a large order of Chips and Queso Blanco. The staff were friendly as well. We will be returning soon.

There is a promo for free queso if you order online. We ordered online but the promo wasn’t working so I decided to make the order anyway and stop in to let them know what happened and if I could just tell them the promo code. I didn’t get his name but a guy with glasses told me that this has been happening pretty often and that he couldn’t get me the queso. NO JOKE, his reasoning was that he’s “been doing that too much lately”. He then stormed off like I was massively wasting his time. Just honor the code! All you need to do is put some queso in a cup. It’s not like I found out about the promo on the drive to go pick up my ONLINE order.. it was a simple resolution, but I was one of the chosen unlucky ones to not have the promo honored. It’s why we ordered online.

i have always loved chipotle and every time i have gone there’s never been a problem. tonight was awful though. they were so slow and there was only 4 people in there. this young guy made my boyfriends burrito and he smushed it all together and just kept trying to wrap it and made it look so so gross and it ended up being disgusting so we had to throw it away. we were very disappointed, and yet they didn’t do anything about it either and they had closed so we couldn’t go back.
