This place is understaffed, which is why the service isn’t great. But the food tastes just as good as any other chipotle!! Always one of my go to chains for macro-friendly meals for an affordable price.

The food was delicious. We got the Beef Barbacoa Burrito Bowl with a large order of Chips and Queso Blanco. The staff were friendly as well. We will be returning soon.

There is a promo for free queso if you order online. We ordered online but the promo wasn’t working so I decided to make the order anyway and stop in to let them know what happened and if I could just tell them the promo code. I didn’t get his name but a guy with glasses told me that this has been happening pretty often and that he couldn’t get me the queso. NO JOKE, his reasoning was that he’s “been doing that too much lately”. He then stormed off like I was massively wasting his time. Just honor the code! All you need to do is put some queso in a cup. It’s not like I found out about the promo on the drive to go pick up my ONLINE order.. it was a simple resolution, but I was one of the chosen unlucky ones to not have the promo honored. It’s why we ordered online.

i have always loved chipotle and every time i have gone there’s never been a problem. tonight was awful though. they were so slow and there was only 4 people in there. this young guy made my boyfriends burrito and he smushed it all together and just kept trying to wrap it and made it look so so gross and it ended up being disgusting so we had to throw it away. we were very disappointed, and yet they didn’t do anything about it either and they had closed so we couldn’t go back.

They don't open on their scheduled hours. Tried to get lunch, it states they open 10:45am but then walked up the door and there was a handwritten note that they won't open until 12pm. What a waste of my time. Change your GOOGLE HOURS!

I took about 5-10 bites of my bowl and put it back in the fridge to finish off another time. About 6 hours later, I began puking, as well as having on/off cold sweats. This lasted the whole night and I vomited FOUR times until there was nothing left.

Had a gift card and ordered a steak burrito. Every single piece of meat in the burrito was inedible, just straight grizzle. I had to pull chunks of chewy fat out of every other bite. Couldn’t even finish half of it. Upon my departure I unfortunately realized that I had parked in broken glass in the parking lot. Just such a bleh experience

I have never felt the urge to leave a review, let alone a bad review, but I just had the weirdest twilight zone experience. On November 24, 2024 at around 1:15 or 1:30, my bf and I walked into the store. There was one couple sitting down eating and there was another couple paying for their food — nobody was ordering. Nobody acknowledged our presence for no joke 5 minutes. There were a total of three employees and not a single one said anything to us. I understand that the two employees not at the register were probably working on a mobile order or something, but they could have said “hey, we’ll be right with you,” rather than standing with their backs to us.
When the employee at the register finally helped us, he was friendly enough, but I found pieces of steak in my chicken burrito bowl. My boyfriend and I are still baffled by the service (or lack thereof) that we received. To not acknowledge the presence of customers is absolutely wild. What the balls chipotle?

Really disappointed... 6:30 Friday night... walked in for dinner and there we MANY missing items from the case. Meat looked dry . The top half of our tortillas we great ... bottom 1/2 were stale! What happened to the Chipolte fresh quality I have some to love???

Terrible experience! The worker put an entire ladle of hot sauce on when we only asked for a little bit. He did it on my husband’s food and mine. The food wasn’t edible because it was drenched in hot sauce :(

If I could give it 0 stars I would. When I got there and pre ordered my burrito I noticed it was “lukewarm” the meat was chewy but I ate it anyways. For the past 2 days I have been throwing up uncontrollably and have never felt more sick in my life. Wouldn’t trust this place ever again, and will never eat chipotle again either.
