I tried several times to order online but it said it was having issues connecting to the store so I decided to call instead when I explained to the guy what was going on he started taking my order. I told him I had an offer for a free medium pizza and he said, "Um hold on." 2 min later a female got on and said she was the manager and that I could only redeem that offer on line. When I told her I was a little frustrated she suggested I wait a while and try again I told her I didn't really want to wait and was about to say I would order anyway when she said in a very annoyed tone that it was busy and I would probably have to wait an hour or more. I kind of chuckled and said that online it said 20 to 30 min she then said that online times are never accurate. Between her tone and her excuses I got annoyed and told her that being a retail manager myself I would never talk to a customer like she was talking to me. She then gave a very annoyed ugh and hung up one me. If this girl is really a manager there Dominos needs to provide more training as this whole situation would have ended with me ordering at their store had she just slowed down, listened and showed a little understanding and consideration.

Tried to order delivery - the location called and told us that we were out of their delivery range and they had to cancel. The person was adamant that there was no way for them to fix the issue (transfer the order to another location that we are within delivery range), or elevate the issue. There is no way for us to select the delivery location on the app, so we had to call another location to re-place our order. When we asked the other location if it was true that there’s no escalation route for this situation, we were told that there’s absolutely is and that they were so sorry that we had to go through this inconvenience. So thanks for being absolutely unprofessional, having horrible customer service, and literally lying to us since you’re too lazy to elevate business issues. You’ve lost a dominos customer for life over a stupid issue.

Ordered delivery on the app. The order got sent to this location. They called us and told us to cancel it and for us to call the other location and reorder. They made no appologies or effort to resolve the problem. They also claimed to have absolutley no way to escalte this issue, which is not true, and that we would just not be able to use the app or website for delivery ever again.
Unacceptable customer service with zero accountability and a bad attitude on top of it.

Good place to eat, the food is great, and the staff is kind, the tables are always clean and the floor, the kitchen is wide open, no walls blocking it, you can see how they make the food while you wait, again great place to eat in.

Kid-friendliness: Kind workers, greet you when you come in.

I canceled my order after almost an hour of waiting. It was a busy Saturday night. I don't have an issue with waiting. However, their pizza tracker said it was an estimated 15-30 min process. Dominos needs to update their software to be honest about the wait and let the customers choose if the wait is acceptable for them.

We work a ton so dinner is hard…this Dominos has saved us so many times. The people are always smiling and friendly, they know us by name, and they make excellent pizza. We live closer to two other Dominos but we drive farther to go to this location for the atmosphere. I highly recommend them!

I haven't ordered pizza in a location for a long time. I was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness, upbeat staff and inviting atmosphere. Zack was particularly helpful going through some options with me, as I didn't have a clue what to get going in. And, it was great "hit" with my family; they greatly enjoyed our meal.

I love the staff and the food here. It has a much better atmosphere and food quality than other locations.

The manager guy here is very rude and not knowledgeable about the app. He doesn’t seem to be friendly when I told him that I had placed an order on the app and it was cheaper. All I wanted was a refund because it was way cheaper on the app and he was pretty rude about it. Also I’ve been here many times the wait time is ridiculously long. The staff is pretty inefficient. Also not sure about the quality or cleanliness of the food here because I’ve seen some questionable things. Last thing, they need to clean up their kitchen it has flies and is always messy ?

i’d give them my first born if i could, but unfortunately it would ā€œcontaminateā€ the place, whatever that means. i ordered the lava cakes and it was like when i saw madonna and britney spears kiss for the first time at the 2003 VMAS, absolutely scrumptious. god bless america

HORRIBLE! We waited an hour and a half and never received our order. I called the store and they said it was out for delivery. 45 minutes later, still no order. I called again and asked for a refund. They didn't offer an explanation or anything. They offered me a free medium pizza next time. There won't be a next time.
