There were only two girls working tonight and my drink just wasn't like it usually is. But it was my birthday drink so it was free and I appreciate all the hard work that y'all always do for others. Horrendously slow lines and my large hot Golden eagle is about the size of a medium. How are you all going to go broke charging me almost $7 for a cup of coffee and giving me what should be a medium?

Visiting from oregon(me n my gf both work at dutch bros there). The baristas were dry , didn’t say thank you for the tip, and on top of that made my drink wrong twice . They made it w the wrong drizzle the first time so we asked for the blue razz driz. They “fixed” it by just adding blue raspberry to the already messed up drink. We then asked 3 times to confirm it was just blue raspberry drizzle and the barista said yes. However, we watched them add the blue raspberry so we asked for a total remake . they said they had one but just gave us the same original messed up drink. Everytime we come it’s the same low energy and frankly kinda rude vibe with the baristas. It makes me feel like we inconvenience them by stopping by. Needless to say, we’re ready to go back to our home dutch bros.

I go today to dutch bros Centerville this is wat l get for 5 dollars a cup full of ice. Come on guys l understand is a business but I'm sure putting a litle more product and less ice doesn't going to bring the company on bankruptcy the service always great Another thing l feel you guys need to pay better your baristas or put the porcentage of tips lower sometimes l go get 4 drinks and the minimum on the tips to give is like 6 dollars literally the price of a drink in one tip

The staff is fast, friendly and courteous. Even with a huge line at the drive-thru they got my coffee nice and quick and by the time I walked outside that huge line had almost disappeared. Definitely an exceptional crew at this location!

If I could leave a 0 I would. We normally don’t go to this location. We ordered our normal coffee a medium golden eagle and a large with two extra shots. The large had no caramel and the medium had nearly any coffee. We went back to have them remake them or correct them and I’m pretty sure they just gave us back the same ones they look the same and taste the same.
