First time I went to Dutch bros in an awhile and sadly very disappointed. I got a golden eagle extra sweet w soft top and my boyfriend got a blended aftershock rebel what we got handed was not what we ordered the soft top was in my boyfriends and he also got a iced instead of blended and my coffee tasted like straight milk no flavor. Very disappointed

First time going to Dutch Bros.. the drink was fabulous, although I panicked and bought the very first thing I saw on the barely visible menu they provided. The cashier was practically in my car with me (incredibly overbearingly friendly) which I guess is their thing?.. so good job .. but for my first impression I left flustered.. the staff was sweet and the product was delicious. Just know when coming here be ready with what you want. The placement of menus and lack of entry menu details made it difficult for me to effectively select something I wanted. Not to mention the kid at the window was down my throat..

Every time I go my cup is mostly ice. Today I couldn’t even take a drink or insert my straw this was the chunk I took out and still had SO much ice and barely any drink. Such a rip off.
Was so excited to go get my drink. I asked them to make there favorite one, sadly it was not good at all. So I payed for another one I asked for a double rainbow with lemonade and they gave it to me with rebel which I do not like at all. I took one sip and didn't even want to drink the rest. Very disappointed with listening skills and paying for 2 drinks that I didn't drink. Let me know what can be done about this issue.

Made a stop on our way back home to Montana. Service was quick and outstanding. The gentlemen taking orders outside the drive-thru offered our passenger a free beverage for their first Dutch Bros experience! Always a good time!

I've never had a bad experience at Dutch Bros, but this one has to be the best! The baristas are so nice & sweet, you'll leave with a big smile on your face... unless you're TRYING not to!
They had an issue doing decaf, so it took longer than their typical SUPERFAST service, they were so apologetic even though it wasn't their fault. In the end I was out of their faster than any time I've gone to that S*bucks coffee place, with an iced mocha way better than 'that other place' serves!
Parking: this used to be a Sonic Drive-in and they still have the covered parking stalls along the south side, parallel to the street.
