My family and I visited on 11/16 around 6PM and we had to leave after 25 minutes. I can't even post the server's name because no one ever came to the table at all. We were sat and then waited for someone to come and get us drinks, but we couldn't even get that. It was a middle-aged woman with black hair who was serving the section we were sitting in, and there weren't many people there. It was not too busy. Instead, she would come over to the nearby tables and service them, and even looked at my husband right in the eyes, scoffed at him, and walked away. I cannot express my disgust and disappointment enough. To be a server of an establishment and actually scoff at a customer to their face is downright grounds for termination in my book!!! If you want bad service, go here. Otherwise, steer clear!

In their defense there were 3 employees trying do everything they could do to take care of the customers they had. We didn’t want to add to their frustration. They deserve a raise for sticking with the job at hand.

Came here with my wife, my 3 year old and our infant. We sat there 25 minutes. Nobody offered drinks. Nobody offered help, there were only 2 other families there. We feel disrespected. And I will never go to IHOP again

IHOP is in decline. It was an okay option for the time of night, but the place is seriously understaffed. The poor waitress was stretched thin and the line cook was by himself and apparently got burned badly while we were there, but kept working... Seriously need help there because the length of the wait literally meant customers they could have had just left.

The worst service that I have received at any restaurant. The waitress made us fill our own waters, insulted us for not doing it quickly, and got our orders wrong. The wrong order is understandable, but at the end of the meal she attempted to sneak an extra tip by selecting the 25% option on the tip menu before giving us the iPad. This review is to share an honest concern that this waitress was intentionally attempting to steal money and insulted us along the way.

The waitress asked me to take the drink orders while she took the food orders. Then she couldn't figure out the food orders, so my son helped her deliver the food to our table. Then she never returned to our table, so my son had to get us drink refills.
They don’t make the delivery orders. The driver waited for 40 minutes and nobody started my order.

I love to come to ihop often food is always delicious and I always feel special when Alejandra cooks my meals and makes me feel welcomed i understand that weekends are busy but whoever was in the kitchen today cooking the eggs was making an effort but needs more training on how to make eggs I hope they understand I am not mad just hope that in the future they get more experience and learn for mistakes thank you for your hard work and dedication ladies I really appreciated your effort in alway trying to make things right I love the servers here

So I have tried this location multiple times as it is one of two close by me but every time they are just a let down. They either have very poor customer service, bad or incorrectly cooked food, or both and they don't do anything about it when you point out that your food wrong or cooked incorrectly they do nothing about it. I had to pay full price almost $50 for just two meals and some coffee that wasn't even good itself (I don't even understand how you miss up coffee lol) but anyways I paid approximately $50 for food that wasn't cooked the way I ordered it and even after telling to server she did nothing but say "I don't know sorry" then ran over to the other girl and started talking like I didn't say anything to her. I ended up saying something again when I got the check and still nothing but she did laugh the 2nd time, at the end I ended up just paying the bill and leaving but not before she checked for a tip and saw she got a big $0 tip. Give bad customer service you get a bad tip guess that is my discount for the $18 steak and eggs that they couldn't cook right and that she didn't want to do anything about.
