My wife and I went to ihop in Centerville ut it was around 9:45 am walk in and no one was available then a host appears and said I'll be right there waiting about 20 minutes and never got some one to find us a table we walk out very disappointed

My family and I visited on 11/16 around 6PM and we had to leave after 25 minutes. I can't even post the server's name because no one ever came to the table at all. We were sat and then waited for someone to come and get us drinks, but we couldn't even get that. It was a middle-aged woman with black hair who was serving the section we were sitting in, and there weren't many people there. It was not too busy. Instead, she would come over to the nearby tables and service them, and even looked at my husband right in the eyes, scoffed at him, and walked away. I cannot express my disgust and disappointment enough. To be a server of an establishment and actually scoff at a customer to their face is downright grounds for termination in my book!!! If you want bad service, go here. Otherwise, steer clear!

In their defense there were 3 employees trying do everything they could do to take care of the customers they had. We didn’t want to add to their frustration. They deserve a raise for sticking with the job at hand.

Came here with my wife, my 3 year old and our infant. We sat there 25 minutes. Nobody offered drinks. Nobody offered help, there were only 2 other families there. We feel disrespected. And I will never go to IHOP again

I had a solo mid day meal with my kiddo + she treated us so well & never made us feel forgotten 🤍 will come back again just for her!
IHOP is in decline. It was an okay option for the time of night, but the place is seriously understaffed. The poor waitress was stretched thin and the line cook was by himself and apparently got burned badly while we were there, but kept working... Seriously need help there because the length of the wait literally meant customers they could have had just left.

The worst service that I have received at any restaurant. The waitress made us fill our own waters, insulted us for not doing it quickly, and got our orders wrong. The wrong order is understandable, but at the end of the meal she attempted to sneak an extra tip by selecting the 25% option on the tip menu before giving us the iPad. This review is to share an honest concern that this waitress was intentionally attempting to steal money and insulted us along the way.

The waitress asked me to take the drink orders while she took the food orders. Then she couldn't figure out the food orders, so my son helped her deliver the food to our table. Then she never returned to our table, so my son had to get us drink refills.
