I work as a delivery driver, and this week I received three requests to pick up orders from this restaurant. Unfortunately, on all three occasions I had to cancel because the restaurant does not prepare orders for delivery. The staff seemed unsure about how to handle delivery requests and appeared somewhat disorganized.

While I was there, I also noticed a customer asking for a refund after waiting a long time for a sandwich. It seems there may be a lack of attention to improving service, especially when it comes to delivery orders. These orders are often not prepared, which can be frustrating for customers who rely on delivery platforms.

Best Jersey Mike's that I've been to, Centerville Utah. Lena is great at making my sandwich exactly how I like it. The Centerville Utah Jersey Mike's is always clean tables, clean floor, clean working area for the employees. I've tried different sandwiches but the Philly is my favorite followed by the Club. If you want a great sandwich with Great service go to Jersey Mike's in Centerville Utah (especially when Lena's working).

Tried the hot Italian for the first time. It was alright. Needed more cheese. I still like the original Italian better. And of course the agave vanilla cream soda is HELLA GOOD.

I went to the Centerville store today Saturday Sept 27th around 1pm and ordered a regular #13. The young man made a great sandwich. Another young girl with glasses and long brown hair put on the toppings. She wrapped the sandwich and reached down for a knife and went to cut it in half as I shouted DONT cut it! She cut it anyway. I said to her I just said don't cut it. She never bothered to ask if I wanted it cut. She mumbled something and put it in the sack. I responded maybe I should have you remake it. She bluntly said we can't do that. I then said maybe I will just walk out then and her curt reply was go ahead if you want. I said ok, I think I will as she mumbled something else. So I left the store. I worked in retail for 43 years, most of it in management positions and was appalled by this ridiculous example of customer service. A very poor example of how NOT to treat your valued customers. She was the only female on shift at that particular time and day. No name badge to get a name from but you should be able to find out which girl was on duty during that time and I recommend that you hold her accountable for her pathetic customer service.

Stopped in tonight on our way back from my daughter's soccer game. Food was delicious and the staff was friendly and very welcoming. Mark and Dev went out of their way to greet us and and ensure that our sandwich was made to our liking. Great Customer Service!!!

Love Jersey’s but holy cow. We were there for 30 mins and didn’t hear a word or other acknowledgement from the workers. They were working on to-go orders the whole time. We finally left and the girl working was so unpleasant and said they were “slammed”. It should not take 30 minutes to make 3 sandwiches. Also, greet your guests. Very disappointed and very hungry.
