Closes way before 11 and won’t let you order. Every time I’ve been to this location, the employees are very rude.

It's a location for ordering takeout, not a place you're meant to sit down. That's alright, but important to know. The service was pretty standoffish, I'd give 3/5 on that. The pizza was decent but egregiously overpriced. I miss when little caesars was the best for the value. I used to be ready to kill for that little guy with his toga and sandals. I don't think little caesars is my favorite pizza anymore. It's just so expensive that it somehow makes it taste not so good.

I went to order a lunch combo on the weekend and I couldn’t understand anything they said through the drive up speaker because it doesn’t work correctly. When I get to the window, the man working there says they don’t serve them on the weekends and he wasn’t willing to make one. This in and of itself is not a problem. It was the attitude and condescending tone that earned them one star. I would rather drive across town to a different Little Caesars than come here again.

Every time I get a hot and ready at this location it’s 3 days old!! Please throw them out after they go cold and stale instead of giving them to customers. On the flip side I love the drive through.
My favorite
I ordered two pizzas that should be ready because it is supposed to be from 4pm-8pm. When I paid they told me 10 minutes of waiting and I understood because when I arrived it was 7:45pm, I accepted and they told me to park in front and they would go to my car. After some 5 minutes I saw that they put two boxes of pizza on a rack and continued to pass the time! They delivered to other customers and I decided to wait even longer. 20 minutes waiting and I decided to go down and go in to ask and the boy told me, sorry we are 5 minutes late it's ready. I go back to my car and from the window I keep looking at the two pizza boxes sitting on the rack, another 10 minutes passed and I decided to enter again and another boy attends me, of terrible customer service, asked for my name and said oh yes here are your pizzas. The two boxes I looked at sitting in the same place for 25 minutes, I just laughed and decided to ask for a return which they did reluctantly.
A year ago I went through a situation in the same store, with a pizza that the advertising image had nothing to do with reality, I ended up throwing it away because I didn't feel like it anymore. I decided to arrive at the same store yesterday and definitely the last time I do it. I prefer to go to another branch further away but with good service.
DON'T GO TO THIS STORE IF YOU DON'T WANT A BAD EXPERIENCE!

It’s Little Caesar’s, everything is mid, except the prices. You can’t beat the prices, and it’s good enough to make it worth not springing for the better options.

Worst customer service!!! They always lock their doors before they close! What the heck is that about. Not only did they do that but they gave me the wrong pizza with pineapple on it. I am allergic to pineapple. They made it a big deal to switch my pizza even though the messed up my order and gave me the wrong pizza! These people are ridiculous. Get some new employees.

Yeah this is the worst run little caesers ever. Messed up multiple orders, as I waited 25 minutes after the app told me it was ready.
Really disappointed. They need a real manager on site.

The girl with dark hair was very rude. I walked out the door after getting my order and immediately turned around to see her locking it and giving me a dirty look. I tried to point at my drink but she rolled her eyes and walked away. what horrible customer service. I will get her name and I will report you to corporate and your manager.
The guy who was working the pickup window Thursday night. Is a customer friendly person. Not nice and doesnt know the menu. I am never going back to this location ever again

I hate complaining but this experience wasn't pleasant.
Went a week ago and went inside waited for so long just for the supervisor I assume to look at me and then asked his team member to help me, took another 5ish minutes for that specific team member to come help, they all sat on their phone the entire time, the worst part is there were 3 other customer parties waiting to be helped to, mean while I saw multiple of the employees look me dead in the eyes and have to audacity to say we thought you were already helped.
