It's slightly above average as McDonalds go. I like the freestyle machines for soda. The playground is one of the best and the dining room has a great layout. Contingent to the shift to kiosk ordering, it's seldom you'll see a team member to interact with inside, but I have found that the service at the drive-thru is very good, staffed by friendly helpful people (albeit subject to the trappings of drive-thru ordering).

Idk if its cause its early, but the service was crappie and they gave me the wrong sandwich. When I asked for the customization they just slapped a cold piece of cheese on it amd gave it back to me. The disrespect!!! Won't be returning.

This was wild. We finally got to the drive thru speaker, and she had us wait. We waited for about 5 minutes. We finally asked her if she was still there and she sounded like she forgot about us. We repeated our order 3 times to her at this window, but she didn’t repeat it back to us. We got to the first window to pay and she read us the wrong order and then told us to wait again until she figured it out. She figured it out finally and we paid and she sent us forward. The next girl handed us the wrong drinks. I had to point into the window to show her which drinks were ours. They gave us half our order, and then we said we were missing more. And they still got it wrong. We had to go in and swap out one of the sandwiches with the one we actually ordered. I think they undercharged us though. We never got a receipt, never got offered one. So I have no way to confirm. They need a lot of improvement

they don’t listen to anything you say they are lazy. I’ve been 2 times and asked to add Mac sauce each time they have not I mean how hard is it the manager should be ashamed and fired for not setting stuff right in there I never have this problem at the other locations in the area

We used to travel here from Farmington to avoid the Farmington location. This location has gotten just as crappy as the Farmington location. I ordered an egg and cheese bagel, I got a bagel with 2 slices of cheese on it. NO EGG. The big breakfast my son ordered came without the hash brown. Today, my father in law brought my kids here and ordered a combo, it came without fries. Get it together. This is ridiculous. I tried to call the location and couldn’t get a hold of anyone. Big surprise.

Stopped for ice creme at 11pm. Placed an order online. It took 25 minutes to get to the pick-up window. We ordered 2 cones and a mcflurry. Literally watched them make other orders while we waited at the window for 8 minutes. They gave us the wrong order, then couldn't understand that we wanted a cup for the cone.

Been to this location multiple times they always forget sauces that you ask for and more than once have forgotten to give us fries or chicken nuggets that we have payed for. Will avoid this location in the future.

I am so aggravated. I placed a mobile order and PAID for it, $10.48 since I got an in app deal on 10pc chicken nuggets. I also ordered a Big Mac. Got to the location, pulled in slot #5 and entered that number in the app. Then, I proceeded to sit there and wait and wait and wait. Finally I went in the store to inquire and the lady told me that I didn’t confirm the order. I DID!! I had already paid for it. So she tells me, “you have to order it again!” WHAT?! So, I did and then it cost me $12.63. She said I had to contact the store to get my $10.48 back. HOW?! There’s no number on the app, just who am I supposed to talk to?! I am on a very fixed income and can’t afford to just throw $10.48 away!!! Another thing, she couldn’t understand me, very well as she speaks Spanish only, it seems. As do most of the employees, as they can’t even understand you in the drive through which is frustrating!! I want my money back!!!
