I ordered through the drive thru a Chicken sandwich combo! I asked for the 4a and he rang in the spicy in corrected them and he fixed it I got home and I sure as shit got the spicy. Called talked to “jack” told him it was horrible and he said nothing like let me fix it give you what you wanted just SORRY. Horrible customer service horrible experience! Will not be going back there anytime soon!!!!!

Food was cold, and it tasted like the French fries had been sitting out, not under the warmer. They were soggy. The chicken nuggets were really dry also tasted like they had been cooked awhile ago and were cold. The coke was watered down and was flat.

I am visiting utah with my family and we came to this mcdonald’s early morning before we went to a tournament here and the drive thru people on shift were so disrespectful and trying to rush my family and i to order when we needed sometime, i understand it’s early morning but its your job to be professional even if you’re tired. i hope things get fixed because it was so bad i felt bad for the people behind of getting ready to order. the food was good though so thanks for that

The worst McDonald's meals and service I've recieved ever. I ordered triple burgers and recieved doubles. Returned the doubles and recieved the grossest burgers ive ever had. Ordered a 10 piece nugget and recieved nuggets the size of quarters ($0.25) and nobody cares.
