We had an order that was to pick at 5:50pm (per Papa Murphy confirmation). When we arrived at 5:45pm, we waited 35 minutes until we got our order. There was a gentlemen waiting there when we arrived who said he was waiting for a while before hand as well. The gentlemen making the pizzas was the only person in the store and seemed not at all in a hurry or aware that we were waiting 35 minutes. Also, when we were there, a door dash delivery person came and then left after 30minutes. The food was okay. I generally like Papa Murphy's but this was a bad experience for a take and bake food place.

On Google and on Papa Murphy's website, this store officially closes at 9:00. However, according to their door, this store closes at 8:00 on Monday through Wednesday.
Was honestly pretty annoyed to arrive at 8:44 p.m. on a Tuesday to pick up my meal I paid for through online ordering, just to find out that the store was closed..
I found out afterward that this has actually happened to my husband multiple times over the past year or so.
FIX THE HOURS ISSUE, PLEASE. Maybe a corporate thing? I don't know..
If this can be fixed, happy to change the review.

They've been skimping on the crust as of late (it doesn't fill the pan) and they also keep forgetting the additional toppings I order.

The owner and employees are always kind, competent, helpful, quick, and make great pizza! I rarely have a complaint about the way my food was prepared. I feel like I am getting a great value for my money when I order from this location.
