You are on a trip and want to stop by for pizza. Order online to save time. And then you get just raw dough with topping. What kind of pizza store doesn't have oven!! Pictures have shown baked pizza, no warning when ordering online. Furthermore, rude staff. It was our first time to this chain and definitely will be the last one.

Former employee here, I was never properly trained and was ridiculed and treated extremely poorly by my boss. I quit after 3 months after deciding that I didn’t deserve to be treated the way I was being treated. I made it very clear on my application that I couldn’t work two specific days of the week, he would constantly schedule me for those days, then be upset when I would ask to have someone pick up my shift. Not to mention how unsanitary the back was, please do not spend your money here. Ever.

Ordered a couple pizzas at 4:45 for pickup at 5:30. Pizzas were ready at 6:15. I could chalk that up to just being unlucky but there was a whole room of people with similar situations. They were losing orders and messing up orders left and right. Very frustrating experience. Go somewhere else.

Went to place an order and noticed for the first time that a tip was automatically added to the order. Pre-tipping prior to receiving an order is a complete joke! Last time I patronize Papa Murphy's.

Great service, always friendly.

Ordered a combo and a Hawaiian. The combo had what looks to be red sauerkraut instead of green onion. Changed the entire flavor of the pizza and not in a good way. The Hawaiian was on a thin crust when I ordered regular crust. Not happy. Not what I ordered. These are not difficult things to get right. Will not be coming back to this location.

I keep giving this centerville papa murphys location chance after chance and I don’t know why I do. First, they are always out of stock on something and then the pizza dough is always poorly shaped and sometimes your pizza will have no crust because of how bad the dough was shaped. It is a bunch of teenagers here which is not a bad thing but I don’t think they are being trained on how to give good quality food nor on customer service skills considering the fact that employees have literally argued in front of me on who gets to take my order. I will no longer be giving this papa Murphy’s my business and by the reviews as well it looks like a lot of people won’t. Do better for the sake of your employees and customers.

Ww go to the Centerville location because we get a higher quality of pizza here vs the Bountiful location.

Okay, this review is not for Papa Murphy's fully in general just this store. I'm not one to be picky or complain a lot. The Centerville location I'm sorry to say is horrible! Not only has Papa Murphy's pizza moved from number one to about number six in my books for pizza in the last few years. The Centerville location is so skimpy on toppings and I've never had a pizza so shrunken that it didn't fill the pizza tray. The keto pizzas are always filled to the top but not here. This is not the only obnoxious thing I've had from this location. Really rude employees and just kind of clueless. If the owner or/manager was not there to help me with my order when I picked it up I would have been even more upset. The employees just don't seem to know what they're doing. Honestly, I would recommend not using the Centerville location. I've had really good luck with the Farmington location. So I will just have to stick with that location. I paid $40 for the keto and a large supposedly large pizza. I just think that's a little bit too expensive for what you get.
