I usually have a good experience however today I ordered a Carmel brulee latte and it was mostly foam. I brought it to their attention and they apologized and remade it however it was still mostly foam. I didn't have time to wait so I just left. 7+ dollars for mostly foam very disappointing.

Staff is so kind! They are very speedy and get things done very quickly. I just don’t like going in to enjoy my meal and hearing the staff gossip about their management. It’s happened a few times, not all the time. One time I was sitting and a barista had yelled “___ is going to rot in hell”. I don’t remember her name, but she had short black hair and glasses. The baristas are overall super nice, but no one wants to hear you talk about your management. Other times I just hear them complaining about new things their manager is making them do. I wish the baristas just didn’t talk like that in front of costumers.

I need to strongly caution people that visit this Starbucks to be very wary of the large 'Venti' sized hot drink cups. For weeks now they've been using defective cups that make the lid extremely easy to have come off just from grabbing the cup. The initial time this happened an entire HOT Flat White pretty much exploded all over my car and legs. I brought it to the attention of the employees and they were great, replaced the drink and were very apologetic. However, this issue keeps happening with the defective cups. So, long story short, BUYER BEWARE!!!!!

It’s probably just me, but if I’m a store manager, I’m jumping at the opportunity to give my FedEx driver (who is also frequently a customer) a water when he asks for it, rather than making him buy something. Heck, the Dutch Bros gives me a free drink when I deliver to them. Bravo, Starbucks.

There's a man pretending to be a woman who works here and it's disgusting.
Has definitely gone down hill You'll constantly hear trash talk from don't employees or super inappropriate conversations between workers that really don't care who is near by.

Worst Starbucks in the entire state. The manager is insanely rude and condescending. The drinks taste terrible and the manager refuses to make things right. They made my drink wrong and when I went in and let them know they gave me the wrong drink the manager yelled at me and said thats what you ordered. Yeah , no it wasn't. I was not only humiliated , but she wouldn't take responsibility for making the wrong drink and I was stuck with a drink I couldn't even drink. This location is not worth going to. You pay a lot of money and don't get what you ordered then you get verbally abused by a manager that should have been fired long ago and non existent owners that couldn't care less if their customers are happy or not. Worth driving further to a different location that actually cares and gives you the correct drink amd is kind.
