I had a gift card, I gave it to someone who takes the order and I started to place the order, they gave me the card back and they tell me how much I need to pay, but I took a couple of drinks, they told me that I need to pay, well, I think I need to pay extra and I pay extra with my card, In the evening I go into the program and they write off the entire amount from me, but that gift card was NOT USED BY THE YOUNG MAN, I am very upset! And the fact that that card is no longer there Conclusion I won't go there anymore! This is not the first time something has happened there

Company policy at Starbucks is that they offer free water. I haven’t had a problem until today with it. When I asked for water the worker was playing on her phone and told me to get it somewhere else. It’s really not that big of a deal to give out free water if it’s company policy.
