I normally love Taco Bell, but the food and delivery speed at this location are subpar. Head to Bountiful if you want to be happy with your food. Sorry Taco Bell centerville

My experience tonight was very disappointing. I went later than usual around 11 pm. The service was very unprofessional, the worker was acting disrespectful and acted like he did not want us there. Although that interaction wasn’t great, the food was even worse. We got the correct food, but everything we got was made very poorly and sloppy which made it not appetizing to eat as the food was also not fresh at all. At least we got our baja blast

Night shift is horrible... the first time I asked for a burrito with no beans, I got a bean burrito. 2nd time I went asked for my taco in the combo to be a soft shell and said it twice! Got a hard shell but checked my order before I left and they corrected it only to find out my whole order was refrigerated meat! It wasn't even hot! Daytime is great but night shift needs to be shut down!

I with I could give 0 stars. Ordered online and waiting for an hour before I gave up and went elsewhere. The staff were terrible and rude! I can’t speak on the quality of the food because it never came. Also the lobby is super gross!

I ordered almost $27 of food and wasn’t given my receipt and tried to rob me of like $10. I ordered a large strawberry freeze and a medium drink and they didn’t give it to me until I reminded them about it and almost $10 worth together. I don’t have much money so it pissed me off. I also ordered two AVOCADO RANCH tacos and was given everything but the avocado ranch in both tacos. This isn’t the first time the employees there have messed up me and my friends’ orders. I can see why they gave everyone else their receipt but mine. They were being lazy and didn’t want me to see that they were and forgot about things in my order. I don’t want to come in anymore. This is my first review on anything. I don’t leave reviews especially bad ones but this experience plus my last bad experiences too were the last straw. And the absolute disrespect towards customers is absolutely insane. As someone who works in customer service, I would never treat a customer like this
I’ve had several issues with this Taco Bell location, and today was the last straw. When I walked in, the employees in the kitchen had music blasting extremely loud—with profanity in the lyrics—and they didn’t turn it down or off even when customers came in.
After I got my order, one of the tortillas was completely soggy. I brought it back and asked for a new one, and the worker took it to the kitchen. I then heard another employee complaining loudly that it was “fresh” and that there were “zero issues.” I even told them they were welcome to come look at it themselves, but the ones who were complaining ignored me completely.
This isn’t the first time I’ve dealt with problems here. The staff is consistently unprofessional, the service is slow, and they’ve played music with profanity on multiple visits. Along with every visit the tables are filled with trash and food. Very disappointing experience every time I’ve given this place a chance.

This Taco Bell is absolutely the worst. It's shocking how much better the Bountiful location is compared to this disgraceful Centerville spot. The staff here are not just unprofessional but downright disrespectful, openly trash-talking customers. It’s incredibly disappointing to keep trying to give this location a chance, only to be met with such an unwelcoming atmosphere. Save yourself the trouble and choose somewhere else.

Worker gave us the wrong drink order, (gave us slushies instead of sodas) and was rude about it when we asked for our sodas instead. Cheesy Gordita crunch barely had any meat, cheese, and lettuce. This location used to have great employees and the food/quality was good. Not sure what happened over the past year..

I was honestly baffled by the sheer disrespect and disregard for customer service. Not only were the employees rude, but down right insulting. I have never met more
Unfriendly people in one establishment in my life. How they work for a place that involves customer service is beyond me. Do better Taco Bell, hire decent human beings. If zero was a rating, this place would be the definition.

Literally the worst food and experience I’ve ever had at Taco Bell. I cane around 10:30 trying to order a bean and cheese burrito ( so simple) and they kept cutting me off and you could tell didn’t listen . My burrito I swear to God was mostly onions. I didn’t taste the beans or cheese like I asked and ya the most thin pathetic burrito and they asked me what sauces just fur them to not put any in my bag i literally had to back up in the drive through again and go back . Anyways im annoyed

I stopped by your on the evening of October 22nd at approximately 7:53 PM and placed an order through the drive-thru. I would like to share some feedback regarding my experience.
The employee assisting with the drive-thru order was polite and appeared to be doing her best despite challenging conditions. However, upon reaching the payment window, I noticed a sweet older lady who seemed quite distressed. When she opened the window, extremely loud heavy metal music featuring disturbing lyrics “Devil 666” was playing inside the restaurant. The volume was so high it was difficult for her to hear incoming orders, and it created a very uncomfortable and unprofessional atmosphere for both customers and staff.
Considering this location is situated right next to the freeway, there is already substantial background noise. Adding excessively loud music on top of that made the environment chaotic and unpleasant. From what I observed, a male employee in the kitchen area, wearing his hat backward, appeared to be responsible for the music. According to the receipt, the cashier listed was “Austin M.”
While I respect everyone’s personal music preferences, the volume and choice of music in a workplace serving the public were completely inappropriate. I hope this matter can be addressed to ensure a more professional and comfortable experience for both employees and customers in the future.

I love Taco Bell, but this location is the worst! Went in last night and the lobby smelled like cat urine!! Disgusting! The kid working at the window mid day is also the worst. Doesn’t listen, can’t hear you. The whole setup is bad and they just do not care any more!
