We brought a chocolate cake (and we also ordered food) it was funny tho because the workers had to give us double takes as we eat the cake and food. The food was YUMMY and actually cooked

Why is the rice always crunchy? After three instances of inedible rice in our burritos and an atmosphere that left a lot to be desired, we’ll just skip this location in the future.

Apparently I ordered the (twists) instead of cinnamon twists because these had no cinnamon and sugar! I ordered a gordita crunch and they gave me a fresh one with a crumble of meat. It was as a total disappointment 😞 thanks for the tortilla salad 🥗 😄

Just had the weirdest experience. We were leaving lagoon and needed dinner. My kids suggested Taco Bell which is usually a favorite. I GPSed the nearest Taco Bell on the way home and found this one. I wish I read these reviews first. Went through the drive through. I ordered 2 tacos, no lettuce, beefy 5 layer burrito, 2 bean and cheese burritos and a luxe box that had a 5 layer burrito, a crunchy taco and cinnamon twists. This is a picture of my daughter’s tacos. She doesn’t like lettuce. There was barely a sprinkling of meat and it doesn’t even extend the full length of the taco. I wouldn’t complain but I got a regular taco and it had a normal amount of meat and cheese with lettuce. Clearly this isn’t how they do their normal tacos and both of her tacos looked like this. My taco was great…unfortunately it was the only thing that was great. My Beefy 5 layer burrito and my other daughter’s 5 layer burrito tasted like it had only 1 layer…beans. Like literally no beef, no cheese, no other ingredients. If they were in there it was just a small amount and couldn’t be tasted over the amount of beans. Neither of us ended up finishing our burritos. Then my other daughter had the 2 bean and cheese burritos. They must have put all the beans in our burritos because hers was mostly red sauce. She took a bite and a pile of red sauce poured out. As someone else mentioned about the cinnamon twists…tasted like old oil and not much sugar and cinnamon on it.

This location is clearly struggling with how to prepare the food. It is not consistent…nor good. I feel like I wasted $20 since every single one of our food items was near inedible. Since it isn’t local to me I can’t even go in to complain. But I can guarantee you I won’t be stopping here again on the way home from lagoon ever again.

Every single table was disgusting had crumbs, napkins, a drink or something on it and the garbage cans were so full trash was starting to fall on the ground, 3 employees were just sitting there instead of cleaning inside the store and they locked the doors at 9:30 when it says they are open till 1 am?

Was told the employees are not allowed to take my order at the front and we had to use the kiosk. I find this unacceptable and inaccessible. Preferring the use of kiosks is understandable, but not having an alternate option is ridiculous. The staff I interacted with were very kind, but the fact we couldn't order from them was disappointing. I also couldn't get a paper receipt without talking to the people behind the counter, which I needed, so it makes no sense why I couldn't just order there.

It was also difficult to find a clean table. Maybe cutting back on staff by getting the kiosks wasn't the best business move for Taco Bell after all.

The food was fine as far as Taco Bell goes, but you might as well go to Rancheritos next door until Taco Bell can get its act together.

Everytime I get food from here it taste like burnt old oil, so awful it's like I threw away my money. The workers are always out side smoking. Do you ever change your oil? Awful gross food.

I was about to go in and make an order, but before I even left my car I saw an employee walk outside vaping at the front door, while still wearing work gloves. Something tells me he didn’t have plans of changing gloves. I don’t intend on dining at this location
