What a joke of an establishment. My spouse and I decided to give it a try since we have never been. I ordered a super smash and made it a combo which upped the price by $10 just for me to never even receive my French fries. Someone had brought out our food gave us everything except my fries and tells me that “the fries will be out shortly they just had to start a fresh batch” which is normally not a big deal but as soon as 15 minutes and multiple other customers who ordered well after me started receiving all there food including FRIES I began getting frustrated and decided that this establishment is not worth my business if they are going to halfass simple things ESPECIALLY with the price I paid
We went into Tony Burger tonight and placed an order on the kiosk. It for some reason did not go through so we had plenty of time to sit and watch as Mitch. The manager was helping other people in the kitchen. There are not very many people in this world that can be patient with others, especially teenagers, and especially in food service… But Mitch was an absolute professional and Jim. A few of the people in the kitchen made some mistakes, and Mitch very kindly explained to them how to correct those mistakes. He was kind to customers, he repeatedly apologized to me for the mistake, and very quickly made it correct. We were there longer than we planned, and yet I did not leave upset because I got to watch an absolute master class on managing in food service. And of course, the food was amazing as always.

This place has really grown on me. It is overpriced imo still. But a custom burger with hand made fries and a shake will get me right. I can't go without a coupon. It all started with knowing someone who works there getting me to try it for a discount. Now I take the family there monthly.
