There was a bit of a mix up with our cookie order and it was promptly addressed and corrected. The girls working the counter were very kind and helpful. Also yummy cookies, really enjoyed the peppermint one :)

Cookies and custom drinks were awesome! Great stop for a sweet treat and beverage. 24oz is online $2 and it's a custom mix vs. buying a regular bottle at a gas station.

Very disappointed they've lost my business twice each time on a Monday morning I've pulled in and the girls at the front counter is FaceTiming or talking away on her phone while I'm sitting at the drive-thru how long are you supposed to sit and wait at the drive-thru before they notice you're there so I went down the street to Fizz and got service right away

Let me tell you, I love the twisted Sugar Cookie. It's so delish and is always such a rich treat when I get it. I like them a lot better than Crumbl and they don't break the bank. Plus have you seen the calories on those Crumbl cookies? Brutal. Definitely my favorite cookie/soda shop in Utah.

Love it here. Cookies are bomb especially the oatmeal biscoff. Also I love me a crisp twisted Diet Coke. Also the last time I went the worker was super nice.

I went to Twisted Sugar in Centerville a few days ago. I placed my order and while waiting at the drive thru the woman that took my order asked me "would you like to donate a dollar tip"? I said no. Unbelievable! This was tacky and not professional. They should ask the owner for a better hourly salary instead of putting customers in an awkward situation.

Though they were closed, the outside appearance wasn't the best, the drive through speaker was broken so you just order at the window. The crinkle was my wife's favorite. I loved the frosted Ginger for Nov.
