What a great little stop. Best bacon corn chowder ever. Nothing fancy but good comfort food. BLT on sourdough bread. Yum! We were able to park our Airstream in the motel parking lot.

I would love to share a photo of the food but we always scarf it down too quickly. We visit Butch Cassidy's Cafe every time we visit my family's property in the area. The menu offers American diner fare but the quality is leagues above your typical diner. Made to order hearty portions with amazing flavor, hits the spot after long weekends camping in Piute county. I especially love the breakfast burrito, the burgers (can't go wrong with any of the varieties), and the wraps. It's clear that the staff love taking care of guests, and they always give an otter pop to my daughter at the end of our meal. The baked goods are incredible, the brownies are so moist and fudgey, and the sugar cookies are delish. We always look forward to our meals at Butch Cassidy's!

The staff was friendly they made sure we were comfortable. We had the special Chimichangas and Patty melt honestly it was the best we’ve had!
We were taking a drive and spotted this little gem. Very cute and clean. Hubby had the chicken wrap which was huge! I had the Butch burger, it was also large and it was a handmade patty. Served with a choice of sides, I chose fries there was ample enough to share with the hubs.Food was made to order and delicious. We had great conversations with hostess and another employee. Would definitely stop here again! Oh don't forget to get a dessert. The carrot cake and triple chocolate cake were fantastic!

This place rocks!! Food is great, service awesome. We were riding Fremont trail from Panguitch to Circleville and arrived about 10 minutes before closing. They welcomed us in with a smile and served up delicious roast beef dinners. We left well after closing and they said to come back. Its one of our favorite places to eat.

Multiple google accounts on this business. It’s horrible! I’m sure most of the good reviews are friends and family. I stopped in for lunch, only 1 other table in the place. Took 15 minutes to get service, then another 30 minutes for a burger. Bun was stale and the burger inedible. I guarantee if you went either direction 30 minutes you’re going to be happy you waited.

Went here on our way to arches. Its a nice small family owned restaurant and they have amazing food. Friendly staff too, we chatted with one of the owners for a bit before leaving.
