We had an excellent experience at this little motel and country cafe in Circleville, Utah! Our room was clean and comfortable and the staff were very helpful and eager to serve and please us!
Wade, the owner, is on the premises every day making sure his guests love their stay. The food in the cafe is amazing with generous portions with some of the best smoked ribs and beef I've ever had.
Give this place a try as you're passing through or planning to experience the beautiful surrounding country. You won't be disappointed! We stayed for two nights and loved it!

Clean rooms with all of the amenities, pet friendly, mini fridge, tv, etc. Cozy and roomy. Myself and my family have visited Butch Cassidy's many times over the years as our family has some property in the area. Wade and Chris (the new owners) have transformed the motel and cafe into a destination experience. We recently stayed and they took care of us from morning until night starting with coffee and breakfast, and ending each evening with a fire pit and epic conversation. It's incredible to see what so much love poured into this place has done. Can't wait to visit again next month!

Had a great time @ BUTCH Cassidy's hideout resort on our way to and from Lake Powell. Loved the halibut and the omelette! We are loving our merch! We'll be back! If anyone is traveling on hwy 89 this is an awesome stop off in Circleville for great food and lodging with scenic trails for off roading or fishing at the nearby Otter Creek Reservoir. The owners and the staff go way out of their way to make sure everyone is having a good time. The food is delicious and the rooms are comfortable. It was a perfect stop over on our road trip!

Trailer hitch had us stuck on the side of the road and we got directed here, so glad we did! The food was great and everyone was lovely, the small town kindness you find less and less often. It's not often you end up glad to be stuck on the side of the highway far from home.

Went to the cafe, was really good, I had the ham and cheese fiancé had the patty melt! Food was delicious and service was amazing for it being holiday super impressed I would highly recommend anybody passing through stop an try the cafe
The customer service is excellent! The manager and restaurant staff are awesome, friendly and very accommodating.
The rooms are set up well with a mini fridge and closet area. The area is very quiet and peaceful at night. We left out SXS outside and didn't worry about them - it felt safe. There is a resident stray cat that frequented the parking lot and wanted lots of attention. One of our friends is a cat lover who enjoyed the cats visits.
The mattresses and pillows on the other hand, are very cheap and unconformable to try to sleep on.
The manager gave us bags of ice and went out of her way to help our stay be the best it could be.
There isn't a laundry mat onsite, but there is one down the street by Stan's Merch.
