This is a MUST DO stop! The ice cream was homemade and the shaved ice syrups were great. Definitely need to get it avalanche style!

Stopped by while passing through UT and I’m so glad I did! Absolutely adore what the new owners have done with the Friki Tiki Hut! It’s a wonderful place to meet the locals of Circleville and relax during those hot summer days. The Ice cream is made in house and even our dog got to enjoy some ice from the hut.

Wow! What a great little place! As we were driving through Circleville on US Hwy 89 on a recent road trip from CA to CO, we saw this brightly colored trailer with an unusual sign "Friki Tiki Ice Hut". What? Really? We had to stop. What we discovered was a delightful young lady serving homemade ice cream and Hawaiian-style shave-ice. We opted for the ice cream and were not disappointed. It was wonderful! We highly recommend stopping at this unique spot.
