Store is looking nice and clean. The girls working the counter super friendly and fast service. Would get a five-star but when I buy the 1 liter ice cream container for them to fill up. They do not feel it full. Container had lots of air pockets and ended up only being about 3/4 full. Why are you weighing the ice cream when you are selling it by volume not by weight. It's a 1 L container. So either sell it as weight or sell it as volume. A little deceptive.

The girls working tonight were super friendly! They were working hard! Unfortunately, I was just eating my ice cream and found hair at the bottom of my ice cream, which was in my mouth before I realized there was a hair. Kinda gross🤢

Chole is the worst customer server I've ever had no customer skills! The ice cream scoop is ridiculous a two scoop is the amount of one scoop! I said no cherry and found a cherry! Simple instructions an failed to comprehend seriously sad!

Horrible customer service. I just visited the Clearfield location to get an ice cream cake and when I asked the employee if they write on the cakes she rolled her eyes and grudgingly said yes. I was the only customer in the store. Not sure what I was interrupting? After the response I got from her I told her nevermind. I won’t be visiting that location again.
