This place disappoints every time. Today I bought the bacon king meal and it was missing the top bun! I think I'm done with this location for good.
Fast and really good! Freshly made
3 medium combo meals $35+. Drive thru was extremely slow. 15+ munutes between ordering and reaching the window to pay. Then we were served iceless ice tea in coffee cups, were told thats what they come in now. Sandwiches were very poorly assembled and could not be eaten as served and had to be reassembled to even pick up. Not likely returning to this location.
Gave them the QR CODE which included the 5 digit code. After refreshing few times, and they still would not honor it. Horrible service and the manager needs some better and more friendly communication skills. Thanks!
Gave me attitude at window gave me wrong food went home got shorted on my food was missing it my Order so my family ate with out me when I called manager he was a male all he could do was apologize well sorry cool but doesn’t fix anything check your orders before you leave

This has got to be the most abhorrent food I’ve had my entire life… I mean I understand it’s fast food but Jesus have some type of decency and at least make edible food.
BK has the best offers through their app. I wish they would offer large drink for $1.

We were first excited to have a BK in Clinton when it opened. However, from the get go they have constantly disappointed us. From the food being cold, burnt, or just not made correctly. I don't know what kind of training they have there, but the management needs to rethink the way they train their employees and have some kind of standards if you want to keep customers. There are other burger joints across the street that can actually make the food like they advertise. It is just pathetic that they charge almost $10 for a burger and the employees don't care enough to make it correctly. The "food" you get shows the lack of standards and accountability. For example.... Look at the photo of my very last order and look up what the Maple Bacon Bbq Burger should look like. They didn't even put any of the toppings on it or even try to make it correctly and it was cold in the middle, like the cheese was barely melted. It is basically a plain cheese burger for $10, I added a picture of what it should look like and come with from the BK website..... Once again, go to McDonald's, Wendy's, Tony burgers, Jack in the box, heck, anywhere other than this BK location. They lost our business for the foreseeable future.

Me and my kids came to the drive thru here today and, while we were ordering, for whatever reason one of the workers could be heard over the speaker saying very rude and inappropriate things about our order. I’m not exactly sure what this person’s problem was, but he probably shouldn’t be working here with that kind of attitude.
