Sat Jan 31st. Called about about being late for my pickup order and was told that they cannot remake due the products and inventory used. Told me to reach out to support which says 24-48 hours of a response. Could have been such a easy fix but I think they actually hate customers. Support refunded issued

The place is filthy. It looks like nobody has mopped or swept for days. Windows are disgusting. Straws are not refill. Napkin dispenser is horrendas is in bad shape. Just very disappointed in the place.

I went through the drive through to bring lunch home for the family. The lady taking my order was polite and repeated my order to make sure it was correct. When I got to the window she had a smile, told me the cost and was friendly. She had pretty purple hair and a kind voice. When I got home, all of our food looked and tastes freshly made and was exactly how I ordered it. Only 4 stars on the food because the sauces for everything were terrible. Totally not their fault though.

Waiting 20 mins for a burger at a fast food place because you messed it up is crazy work. On top of that, smiling in my face is strange. Maybe if I have to wait 20 mins you could throw in a freebie. Just a thought.

If you.come to this location, come early. The night crew is consistently inept at there job. Breakfast hours are completely different. Helpful, quick, smart. Night shift.. slow, can't find orders, leaves out items from the order.

Ordered through the app for delivery. Didn't receive $30 worth of food on the order plus tip. All they said it's the app is a separate thing and there's nothing they can do to rectify the situation in any way.

When I tell you that this is the best Burger King I’ve ever been to, I mean that with every fiber of my being. For starters, everyone who works there is beyond nice, never messed up my order and I’ve never once had a bad experience with staff. Now, the more important thing, the food. I don’t know who they have back there whipping it up in the kitchen but they need head and a $20 raise for the absolute masterpieces that get put into my lil take out bag. The food coming out of that kitchen has healed me from sickness, cured my depression and damn near made me start believing in god again. If I could give this spot a million stars I would Sincerely, a BK connoisseur

I went here because they offered the coke freestyle machine. I was delighted about this information. Joyous even. As in my hunt for years I have very seldom seen one. Once I got inside I was over the moon! Excited and anticipating all the flavor combinations I could dream of. I payed for my drink and food, buzzing with anticipation. To my surprise, my horror...it is NOT a freestyle machine. Oh no. It is a regular, but fancy, soda machine. This is a JOKE. If you want a coke freestyle drink do NOT come here. You will be disappointed.
