The prices are expectedly too high, they ask for a tip on fast food and require you to pay over the phone like they have a fraud problem when local restaurants don't. Their food does taste good though assuming you don't have problems with how much salt they put on it. Their prices online are worse than in store.

The food is great and the people are very friendly. The main issue I have is the price! There is no reason that 2 chicken sandwiches, two fries and two sodas should cost $40! I mean come on man! $4 for less fries than I would get from McDonald's small fry is unacceptable. I will eat here again but nowhere near as often if it was just a little cheaper. It's way to expensive, sorry bout it!

I thought the food and shakes were great! I got the classic with EZ spice, and it was just right. I'm not a spice person, but it was just enough to give it a little bit of heat to enjoy. I loved the seasoning on the fries, and the dirty grasshopper shake was deeeelicious, I will be back to try the others. My kids liked the chicken tenders and mac n cheese. The staff was super friendly and kept my kiddos entertained with a little scavenger hunt while we waited for our food, which was a big bonus for us. I love going to places that are kid friendly and play great music. It makes eating out way more enjoyable. Thank you guys for the great service and tasty food.

My kiddos and I decided to try it for my birthday, and it was amazing. The food was delicious, I love the heat scale that you can choose from, and the staff was awesome. A little more than I was expecting to spend on one meal, but it was completely worth it. The young cashier was very kind and gave me a drink, and one young lady even came up from the back and gave me a banana pudding all for my birthday, which I thought was super sweet. I will definitely recommend the Dirty Bird to anyone. I recommend the hot and all the sauces!!

I had my reservations after some negative reviews but the food was great! Maybe because it is a little expensive but I went on Friday and they gave a special at this location where you get free fries, and the fries are amazing! I've had every chicken sandwich out there and this one is one of the best.I got the Dirty Bird and added Hot Honey. High quality chicken, soft bun, crispy pickles. My only regret is not going a little hotter than Schmedium.Go on a Friday if you must but they are worth a try for sure.

My husband & I have been coming to this location since it opened, we loved it so much we decided to have them cater our wedding! They arrived earlier than scheduled to set up the food, they were so fast & hassle free I didn't even know they came, they provided all the plates & napkins & even gave us a free tray of banana pudding as a gift. And the food speaks for itself, every menu item is packed with so much freshness & flavor & it is delicious every single time! 10/10 will ALWAYS dine again! ?

The chicken was fantastic and the fries tasted great. I don’t feel like it’s a great value for what you get. I don’t mind spending $4 for fries, but only getting a kid sized portion was disappointing. The shake was ok, but not great. I loved the chicken though and would definitely get it again.

If you’re looking to spend $20+ on lunch for just yourself, for a sandwich, fries and a fountain drink this is your place! Food was good, portions were pretty small for the price. Everything was a la cart, and the amount of french fries we received was about what you’d expect in a kids meal. Service was typical for a fast food place.
The food is great! They are a little slow, but it's because they make everything fresh! Best chicken for mile! we live in Kaysville and drive 15 min just for the food here!

No value for money. “Jumbo” tenders were probably about as long as my middle finger, and was WAY overpriced for the less than average taste. You get better sandwiches at chick-fil-a or popeyes. Save your money and go somewhere

My husband and I have never been to Dirty Bird before, so we wanted to give them a try. We went to order and the staff was AMAZING!! They took the time to go over the menu and offer suggestions. We ended up with the Dirty Bird, fries, banana pudding, and strawberry shortcake shake. We sat down and the food was brought to us in a timely manner. The food was great and so was the shake!! We will definitely be going back :)

I've tried this place several times hoping it would get better.The Good: Sauces are great, staff is friendly, sometimes the chicken is delicious, my order has been exactly what I ordered every visit (down to the individual sauces).The Bad: Over-priced, small and ever-changing menu, usually a bit of a wait, usually the chicken is pretty average.Other: (Opinion) It feels super tacky when you don't just let the customer pay for their food and instead make them choose a tip amount first. Its a drive-through! I love tipping but not when it feels forced.I can't help but think this place hasn't quite figured out what they are trying to be.

First visit - had the basic chicken sandwich and fries. This place is Nashville based so it has a lot of flavor and spice levels. Sort of Chick fil A with some kick. You can get very mild flavor as well. Sandwich was real good. I got baby level for the first time. I wanted to taste the chicken. Real good. And the fries have a light spice coating. Also really good. And a multiple of sauces to please everyone. For a first visit. 5 stars for a quick meal. About $13. With tax.
