They gave us two protein lattes and both of them tasted like the milk was spoiled. It was disgusting. Came back to let them know, they said they would credit the Dutch bro account and didn't. Kind of BS.

Sunday December 28th around 4pm we went and got 3 drinks, through the drive through, 2 of them were made wrong. We go inside to the window sat there for 5 min till somebody came and helped us, we asked them if they could please remake them, she gave us attitude and we asked for a straw we only received 2. Horrible customer service at the clearfield location. Sad this is our location close to our house. I’ll drive to Clinton or riverdale where the customer service is much better.

The two line drive thru system they have here does not work for many and has ruined more mornings than I care to explain. It’s a blatant example of company greed over good customer service. I’d rather go somewhere where they take the orders FIFO.

Frequent example: there are 5 cars in one line, none in the other, and a car pulls up in the empty line. The staff walk past 4 cars to serve the newest car - that feels like they care more about their pocket than the customer and the job which is helping to make the clients day.

They need only observe their own lines to see the faults. The fact that this occurs so frequently in the 2 line system is all the evidence needed that the majority of Americans don’t agree/follow your 2 line idea- most people will line up in order of arrival.

The company is assuming people will put aside their humanity to make them more money which worked for a few months for me, but alas, I am not stooping to their puny level.

They should go to a single line or have ordering machines so that your employees don’t ruin the experience by bypassing people patiently waiting.

The staff here is so sweet- even better than their frozen drinks if that is possible. I dont know if I need a coffee but when I need a pick me up I go here! They are all so sweet and worth a million.
