Staff is inept. Obviously can't read and blame it on their app making mistakes. Manager doesn't want to make a wrong, right. Manager argues and is rude. This store has messed up so many times on my orders and dumb me keeps giving them more chances because I used to love JJ. Then this Clearfield, HAFB store came around. JJ lost my business forever because of them.

Food was okay, but as we arrived they were blasting some kind of horrible death metal music. We stopped in on the last leg of our road trip looking for dinner and a place to sit down and enjoy. But the music was so loud and annoying we couldn't hear each other speak and quickly left to eat in the car.

Showed up at the window to pick up an online order. The girl at the window wasn’t pleasant to deal with at all. Gave us attitude as soon as she opened the window, she didn’t say anything and just stared at us. When we explained we’re here to pick up an online order she rolled her eyes and got our sandwich but gave it to us with the receipt wrapped around it and no bag and no napkins? I can understand working in food can be hard sometimes, But at least be cordial with paying customers.

I’ve been going here atleast once a week for the past year and a half. I’ve never had such good service. I order on my phone, it’s ready when I get there and I spend less than 30 seconds in store. Brian and the gang are awesome!

I am beyond disturbed by how unprofessional and disrespectful the Area VP of the northern Utah region, Ryan, is to the Jimmy John's employees and his attitude toward customers. Not only have I experienced his displeasing attitude in person at both the Clearfield and Clinton locations now, but I am hearing from multiple employees while I am in the store that he is constantly rude, demeaning, and threatening towards everyone at all locations he is associated with. Jimmy John's as a whole should be ashamed to have a "leader" like Ryan representing their company. I cannot keep this to myself because his behavior clearly needs to be corrected immediately and Jimmy John's needs to reconsider who they allow to manage, coach and mentor all these young people simply trying to create a career with your company. Additionally, customers should not be subjected to an uncomfortable environment Ryan creates because of his rude and negative attitude towards Jimmy John's employees.
Ryan is your problem, not the everyday employees. Do better Jimmy John's and you'll regain a more loyal customer and employee following.

I ran over the Exit curve, and in a panic called insurance who directed me to the nearest shop. They looked it over and Nothing was Damaged! Phew!

Why is it when I emphasize on my phone order "Unwich" sandwich two times, they get the order wrong. This is the second time this has happened and they make it on bread. Come on guys! Also, half my lunch period was used up waiting for my order at the store and then they get it wrong which took even longer. Jeez.

Went in to get my sandwiches. Asked about the new sandwich got a shrug and “um I don’t know anything about it” the store didn’t have any change for me to pay with cash. Then when they finished my sandwiches they placed them in the counter saying here are your sandwiches take them. Because I had 5 of them I asked if I could get a bag. The girl said “grab a bag yourself it’s just over the counter” as she walked back to go be on her phone. They were not friendly. Not helpful. They were not busy. Horrible service. Not sure about the actual sandwiches yet.

The workers here are great. Vehicle having issues and they let us stay till the rain slowed down. Great environment to be around. Good music and very clean store.
