I wanted to give the food a try.And what I ordered was average at best. The food was very watery, no flavor and it smelt and taste like it was days old.

Korean Army Stew is not spicy at all, and no banchan (Korean side dishes like kimchi, radish, bean sprouts, cucumber, etc served) Offered plates and forks, no spoon, to eat a soup dish. Food didn't taste bad, but certainly not Korean flavor at all.

Got the Gyoza and Chicken Fried Rice. Gyoza was okay but the fried rice tasted like manure. When it was placed in front of me, I spelt it immediately but gave it a shot anyways. Tasted like it smelt, manure. Service was great though.

We got some food to go and it was so good. Everything was amazing except I didn't like the orange chicken very much. It didn't have very much flavor. The gyoza and sesame balls were the best I've had besides home made. Soooo good.

Service was fine, not overly friendly but adequate. Food was very delicious, we tried the BBQ and sushi rolls. Everything was very flavorful. We will be coming back.

I’ve been coming to Kim’s for over 5 years. I’ve even traveled after moving an hour or so away just to enjoy our favorite sushi house.
I’m very sad to leave this review and this restaurant in the past.
Within the last three times I’ve come it’s gone downhill. Excessive wait time on the food, not very great service. Kind; but takes a while.
Tonight was my last straw.
My daughter spit out her sushi saying it tasted like chemicals… I tried it. She was right. The fish tonight smelled SO bad. Tasted bad as well. Not only did it taste bad and smell bad, we came home smelling of fish really bad. They overdid sauce on the top of all our sushi maybe as a means of hiding the fish gone bad? Our home is all sick to their stomachs. Goodbye Kim’s, I should have known when the smell hit, when my sashimi was frozen, but now? I can’t justify coming back.

Bad experience overall
This place was great. We came for lunch and the food took a little longer than expected but it was worth the wait. For a Korean restaurant the Korean menu was limited, but what they had was good. The restaurant was clean and the atmosphere was welcoming. I would come back.

We went for lunch today. Restaurant was basically empty. Got sat and sat there for 30 or min. being ignored. Another party came in and got up and left. We got up and left. No one ever talked to us. Never going back!

Great place. It has enough room to seat 6 of us with all our food without too much trouble.
