I understand that I wanted to change my order All in all I was willing to pay more to switch out three boxes of cheesy bread puffs for one wing still I ended up paying $60 and having to wait for a refund not even sure if I'm going to get that... The young lady helping me was extremely rude and did not want to help at all because they were busy but I thought that's the point. After I tried to buy the bread that I just got a refund for she tried to say we had to wait for them to make it knowing she just said she wouldn't let me switch it because they were already cooking??? I will be trying to speak with someone above her about this because it's not okay.
