Went through drive thru and got fries and 20 nuggets. We pulled up and there was one car in front of us. They had both of us pull forward to drive through spots. While we were waiting they had another car pull up as well and five other cars that ended up in line behind us with nowhere to go because there wasn't room for more pulled forward. When we got our food, the fries were cold. They weren't even left in a heater and were barely room temperature while they were cooking our nuggets. The fries weren't edible at all. After waiting so long and with a huge line it wasn't worth it to try and get new fries. The nuggets were okay.

I'm going through the drive throat.And this poor lady is working too dry through with a bunch of traffic, because you guys don't want to hire more people.She is doing an amazing job.The best she can, but she is probably stressed.I was here yesterday and she's still working.You guys need to hire more people to help out on top of that.I go through the drive through.I order a medium chip sahoy frat bay and I get a small caramel, frat bay.What the hell is that about

Made two orders around the same time, a cheeseburger and a double cheese burger. I received the double cheeseburger order but after waiting 30 minutes for my order I left I am not likely to return and am disappointed in this location after failing orders on multiple occasions

I'm really impressed with the manager that helped me today. So friendly and obviously he was really stressed out but you couldn't tell. Need more people like this in the food industry. I wanted to add to this. I came back through after doordashing last night and the same guy was so incredible! You know who you are. Keep it up! I sure hope karma is good to you.

Some of the FRIENDLIEST staff i have ever had the pleasure of encountering at a McDonald's, seriously they're fantastic. They follow order instructions perfectly as well (i am a slightly picky eater so its greatly appreciated).

The worst experience I've ever had at a McDonalds. First, the tables were all dirty. We were driving so we opted to dine in anyway. We ordered, but never got our food. The employees ignored is completely. After 20 minutes, everyone else who had ordered had left. I went to the counter and an employee walked right past me twice without even acknowledging me. She finally asked what I needed so I told her we never got our food. She walked over and picked up the bag from the counter, where it had been for most of the 20 minutes we'd waited. She then asked other employee for 2 fries. When she gave us the bag, we didn't even get an apology, and I had to ask for our drinks. There were no large lids available and I had to wait for those too. The food was cold, except the fries.
