It took ober 45 minutes to make 3 drinks. The night manager, a guy was making fun of a co-worker in front of us, being rude to us and unwilling to help the only other guy there. It was a mess.

I picked up lunch around 2:00 p.m. looking forward to my double cheeseburger $5 value meal. Upon receiving the meal and driving off I started eating my double cheeseburger bun was hard as a rock. Then I switched to my chicken nuggets. They were dry. French fries tasted old and stale. Sorry McDonald's you dropped the ball on this one.

I went through the drive-thru and they said take a look at the menu and i'll be right with you I waited for over 5 minutes no one took my order when I pull up to the window there was no cars and no workers there they get paid to work they need to do their jobs.

They closed the lobby 20 minutes early. I placed an order through the app, but when I arrived, a team member came out from the locked door and said, “I don’t know how you ordered that” and informed me you can’t order a shake after 10 PM. How was I susposed to know??? I just ordered the first thing on the app. Poor service and not a great location.

Definitely one of the better McDonald's in the area (there's a lot). Quick and usually fresh French fries. The few times I have had issues with my food or order they have been very willing to fix it. Really friendly and accommodating staff!

My husband had ordered on app before showing up. Once, we pulled into the McDonalds parking lot.. our daughter asked for a happy meal. So, as we were pulling in, there was a couple teenagers or young adults who were chilling outside. We ended up parking into the parking lot to order our daughter’s happy meal but, the night manager came to our window and told us we couldn’t sit in his parking lot and we had to go. My husband got upset and was telling the night manager that we were ordering more food, for our daughter and that we had nothing to do with those teenagers. So, we pulled up to the screen to give them our code but, they said the wait time would be 45 minutes to an hour. So, I pulled up to the window to try and ask the manager if we could cancel. But, before I could finish asking, the manager had told me and my husband he is refusing to take our order since we got upset, about him not letting us finish our 2nd order for our daughter. We told him that’s not very professional of him to treat us like that when we were no where near those teenagers and we were just ordering food for our daughter. The manager than proceeded to tell us if we didn’t leave his parking lot/drive through, he would get the police involved. We then told him we’re leaving him a bad review and he needs to treat his customers with more respect and drove off.

The girl working today was so cheerful. My wife and I went through the drive thru, which we don’t usually do because of the service and this sweet lady’s voice was just so pleasant.
