I don't like how that lady treats the special needs guy sometimes. She's usually really nice to him and patient. He's very patient with her too.. sometimes she is very condescending though. My only request is for her to be more nice to him.

The DISRESPECT from an employee working behind the counter was CRAZY! the employee was clearly treating a customer different due to him being HOMELESS. this man absolutely needs to be fired and should be reported to HR or corporate immediately. itâs horrible to see how this mcdonaldâs lets their workers completely go unchecked. teach better customer service mcdonaldâs and do better for your customers, NO MATTER there background.

Our family ordered & we paid. When we got to the window the order was wrong. We told the kid at the window & he got the manager, but she snapped back with â thats what I see on my screen. Thats what you paid for â Every time weâve gone to this location theyâve gotten the order mixed up or have forgotten something. Donât waste your time at this one. Snaggle-tooth didnât have to be rude about it it wasnât that deep

This place was unorganized. The coffee was bad and was burnt. It was very busy. So potentially could make alot more money for you. But needed someone at the counter helping.

Friendly staff, fries were a bit cold when I got them, but I dont blame them due to it being pretty late and not that many staff there, I dont blame them. Will always go there for a late night snack.
(Update) still pretty good as my past review, however. I have to lower a star because of how they never give sauce with nuggets anymore. I usually place a curb side mobile order. I get my food, and then I have to go back inside or through the drive thru just to get my sauce. It's slightly inconvenient, so that's why I will lower by 1 star.

I ordered 3 10 piece chicken nugget meals and they gave us 3 quarter pounder meals...I should know better and check my food before I leave but it had been a long night and it wasn't busy so I thought I would be fine...I was wrong and didn't know until I got home. So I went back and I asked them to fix the nuggets and one of the orders of fries because my fries were already cold and I didn't want to have to eat cold fries because of a screw up that wasn't my fault to begin with. I was very nice and friendly about it when I was talking to the manager then he rolled his eyes at me and acted irritated when it wasn't my screw up! The icing on the cake was that I could see a sign in their second window about how to properly greet and treat customers! Pretty sad when the paying customer is the nice one when their order is messed up and they are the ones who are inconvenienced yet the employees treat them like dirt. Seems like this is happening at McDonald's everywhere. I will NEVER come to another McDonald's again ESPECIALLY THIS LOCATION!!! Absolutely ridiculous!!!
