The worst McDonald's in all of Utah, they are slow, they don't serve their customers or delivery people. The delivery drivers accumulate and block the way because they do not prepare their deliveries.

the service here is honestly horrible. they pay no attention to the customers in the store. they took a super long time, and that’s to say that i am a patient and understanding person. they don’t have their up in a hair net and a random guy that claimed he worked there came in with his outside clothes and served a customer. i would not recommend the employee’s attitude is bad as well. you could hear them yelling at each other in the kitchen. please if you can i would recommend to go to a different location.

I have never been able to order a shake or ice cream from this mcdonald’s, every single time I order one they tell me the machine is broken. This has gotten way to ridiculous and at this point you should definitely stop advertising you sell ice cream products when in reality you don’t. Definitely starting to become false advertising, which is illegal.

The hostess was not very kind. She seems really irritated whenever my husband or I asked a question. This employee was extremely rude and I don't know that I will be returning to this McDonalds. I have had SO many issues over the last 2 years.

12:20 AM Tuesday morning my cousin and I showed up to pick up our online order. When we arrived the employee (an older man) was yelling at a doordasher so loud we could hear him all the way on the other side. Then he gets to us and says "whatchu want?" My cousin said she had an online order for Bryn and he tells us that he doesn't have the order because the system was down in the most round about way possible and then tells us to come to the window. We pulled up to the first window and he yells at us to come to the second window saying "I don't have my head out here for nothing" we pull up and say we have a code and that we already paid. He told us that nothing is coming through yet and my cousin asked "what should we do then?" And he said "wait until it's back up and running in about thirty minutes" which is fine but what happened next is really the reason I'm writing this. He proceeded to try to pressure us into playing dice and cash apping him money to play and when my cousin said no (multiple times) he said "look at those tattoos i know you got money to play" she asked him again what her options were and he said "you aint starving i can tell you that much, you might be hungry but you ain't starving" insinuating she was fat. Which made her leave crying not wanting to eat anymore. If I were the manager here I certainly wouldn't put up with this and would have that man fired. Customer service was extremely poor and unprofessional. I will be calling for a manager in the morning.
