I went to the clearfield location tonight. I ordered a BLT and it literally only had 2 tiny pieces of bacon on it. The bread was also not toasted and hard. Usually this location is better than Layton but tonight I was HIGHLY disappointed.

Bad service. Undertrained staff. Very snobby workers and no regard for other people’s time. I’ve been very displeased with my recent visits to Pace’s and it’s sad because we come here regularly. We will be giving this place a break for a while. Probably won’t get better. Train your high school employees better, this place needs an adult manager, not a bunch of kids running the show.

I’m not sure I’ll be coming back to this place after tonight, what a joke. 30 minutes for 2 shakes. People that came in way after I did got their orders before me. After over 20 minutes, I asked if they forgot about my order, the counter chick asked for my order # and she said she’d get right on it. Still took almost ten minutes after that. First in, first out is pretty standard. They continued to give people their orders that came in after me. These employees need management, it’s ran by teens and it’s a nightmare. Also, my shakes were absolutely runny and melted. Complete waste of money.

The food is hot and fresh and it taste good. The staff is friendly and they bring the food to you. Tables were a little dirty. The price is not bad. I would recommend coming here. I will return.

This place is a joke. I just spent alot of money here. They said their large fry’s are the same as the small you just pay more. I paid for 7 fry sauces only got one. I had to go back because they didn’t even give me part of my order. There needs to be an adult there that actually cares about working

The ice cream and shakes are great. Fries and other food is not. Burger patties are super small and thin better used for hockey pucks. High school kids also didn’t listen and got the food wrong anyway. I might go back for the ice cream but not the actual food.
