Ribs are OK, but the quality of brisket has come down since they moved from the train tracks location on G-15. I figured once or twice missing the mark happens, but on four different occasions the brisket is just dry and hard.

As someone who shares the joy of smoking meat, it shows that they care about their food and their customers. They have catered to my job site several times and everybody keeps asking if I will bring them back.. the quality of food and the quantity the second to none. They have also supplied for my personal parties and will continue to use them.❤️ five stars all the way‼️

I have been BBQing on a Big Green Egg for years. This year for the 4th of July there were high expectations for me. Our whole family were coming in which added up to be about 25 people. The day before they came in, my wife and I would be returning from a 11 day (CRAZY TRIP) to the Canadian Rockies and Glacier National Parks. I contacted Red Beard BBQ and they - not only took care of me and my family - but provided a LEGENDARY BBQ.
I have always bragged that I was a MEAN BBQer, but I have ABSOLUTELY met my match. Red Beard BBQ is ASTOUNDING.
If you have an opportunity to impress your friends, family or associates - and BBQ sounds like the solution - DON'T DO IT WITHOUT RED BEARD BBQ!
Their sides are insane and the jalapeño creamed corn and banana pudding dessert should be illegal.
Thank you Red Beard - you made me the hero of this 4th of July. I'll be seeing your again soon.

Best BBQ food I’ve had in Utah. Wish they were open more often. Coworkers and I frequently make sure to go here on Fridays. Possibly my favorite restaurant in Utah, if not Davis county.

Incredibly kind people with great food. It's hard to find good BBQ around here but this is for sure the spot. I'll absolutely be back. I ordered the brisket and ribs with the Mac and cheese as a side; it all tasted great. Get the spicy bbq sauce as well.

Easily best bbq I’ve had in Utah. Competing even with my bbq from Texas on the bbq trails. Was a bit tricky to find but still worth it!

My favorite dish is the Pig Out burrito. Their pork candy is to die for. I've eaten them in Syracuse, Morgan, and Clearfield.
