Was just there and was ignored for about 5 minutes and the bread wasn’t cooked all the way my sandwich was falling apart before I even got home. 12-05-24 came in today brandy helped me she was amazing went absolve and beyond she was the only employee there with a store full of people

I went through the drive through and ordered 3 foot long sandwiches. Got home and everyone of my sandwiches were completely wrong. I have been to many subways and this by far is the worst. The bread was so stale it tasted like cardboard. Do not go to this location.

Honestly.. I would not be surprised if this place shuts down in the next 2 years. It has been terrible since I moved here 4 years ago. The staff are usually ignorant (not their fault, seems to be training issues) high schoolers who try but do not have the support from above. If the outside gets cleaned up, drive-thru sign is presentable and functional, and a new manager gets installed *hint hint*, and the quality of the vegetables and bread then maybe it has a chance for a comeback…

The employee asked me how to make the sandwich I order off the menu. They seems high and not paying attention. I was asked if I wanted toppings after they were already added to the sandwich. For example a handful of olives were placed on the sandwich and then I was asked if I wanted olives. Non of the employees were in uniform as well and dressed inappropriately.

Ordered online and got home and found they were missing ingredients from my sandwich. Went back and explained the situation and the guy behind the counter asked if I wanted him to remake it. I said yes thank you if you don’t mind. Got to the end and he told me I had to pay for the new sandwich..? I said “are you really going to charge me for this?” And he replied “yes, we can’t do anything with your other sandwich.” Needless to say I won’t be coming back to this spot. Also fix your parking lot, it’s as ghetto and poor as your customer service.

I ordered a pickup this past Saturday on 03AUG24 around noon, and the bread was hard as a rock. Couldnt even bite into the sandwich. I asked them to remake it with different bread and then they put it to the side and started helping other people who came in after the fact and after 30 minutes still hadnt started on remaking it. Terrible customer service and it was clear that none of the employees knew what they were actually doing. The parking lot is even worse.

This spot has gone downhill, and it's a shame to see it happen. I set up a pickup order at around 5:15pm today, 06/14/24, and set it to be ready at 5:30pm. I know it won't be ready by then because it's a Friday night right after people are getting off work, but it's alright with me because it shouldn't take much longer. I was very wrong. When I walk into this extremely hot (temperature-wise) location, I'm greeted with multiple customers before me, and only one employee on-the-job. Not terrible, but it gets worse. This employee is not up to the standards that should be set for this place, the sandwich work is meh at best, and they aren't even wearing any of the preventative apparel. I'm actually assuming they're an employee because they're behind the counter making the sandwiches. What made it worse is that he prolonged the wait for myself and two others to finish a personal conversation with a customer.. I don't have any malice for the guy, but there are priorities, and when you're the only one on shift, the priority should be to get everyone out of there. While the employee is lacking in skill and not following procedure, my past experiences with this place gives me the impression that management is negligent. If this location isn't franchised, than there are big problems. If it is, than corporate may want to step in to regulate this laugh track. Finally left the location at 5:50pm. I know it isn't the end of the world, but I won't repeat this mistake again. The intent was to get this food in a timely manner, and that wasn't the result.
