We sat in drive though for 5 minutes and also drove up to the window. There were no signs and nobody answered. We came in and all employees were sitting down and eating. They said drive through was broken. Nobody was wearing Subway clothing so we don’t know who the employees were supposed to be. One girl was huffing and puffing because she had 1 hour left on her shift. She also wasn’t wearing a hairnet while preparing our food. I get that it’s fast food, but people can still be good at their job.

So disappointing when you go through a drive-through and come home open your sandwich to this… like how hard is it to make a sandwich then when you pick it up the bread and everything just breaks… get some people that can make a simple sandwich. I used to you love subway.. The workers just ruined it for everybody

This subway is good. Not amazing, but it gets me a good sandwich that I always enjoy. I don’t expect employees to be nice at fast food places (they don’t really get paid enough to), but there’s this employee named CJ that’s always pleasant and nice when he’s at the counter. Don’t know what online orders are like, but I can affirm that when getting food at the location, it’s pretty great.

Worst experience ever. As I got to this Subway, there was a working swearing at her family members as she was ringing up a customer. No one has there hair pulled back and one worker was wearing her pants passed her butt and her shirt was crop top you could see her entire stomach. Not something someone wants to see when coming in to get food. Not to mention, my order was wrong! Don't go here. They need some type of corporate in there.

Terrible customer service, I waited in the drive through for 4 minutes with nobody in line or in store. Nobody ever answered so I went inside, when I walked in the two employees were sitting down and talking to each other while having a break. When I walked in, the girl was very rude and rolled her eyes at me then looked at the boy and chuckled, like she didn’t want to serve me. Then she proceeded to smile and laugh at her co worker while looking at me. I would not recommend this place at all terrible service, they were out of allot of things and the environment was not clean at all.

It's is the furthest place ever. The glass were the food is was filthy. We're the food is being prepared was dirty. Food in all the containers was mix with other pieces of food. Floor need to be cleaned. Windows and doors needed to be cleaned. Non off the staff had on hats pony tails just long hair hanging around. They did wear gloves. And we're polite. But gross as hell. Don't eat there

Sitting in the drive through, no one ahead of me. And nothing.. been here for 6 minutes already, the service here is appalling.
The only reason why I’m giving this subway a two start for service is the male employee who tried to remedy the situation was nice about it. However, eating out is expensive these days so you expect your food to be correct it was a long day and decided to DoorDash which I rarely do. Ordered two sandwich’s and two protein bowls . Images of the protein bowls are attached. I called them said they are to be 3/4 full. I take them back they did remake the one. Had no more cheese. The place was not clean. The lady working had a friend in there that she gave food to. Paid or not I don’t know. The lights were off. You could tell she had a bit of an attitude. I will never go back to this location. Being in the industry I know the standards they should be and they are definitely not. Especially as these are the skimpiest protein bowls I have ever seen from a subway. It’s a shame. I’m not one to really whistle blow a company but save your money.

Wow. I guess I should’ve read the reviews first, this is truly a terrible Subway location. It’s a disservice to the brand. My bad experience involved a crew member when I told her that my drink wasn’t the Vitamin Water I ordered. She insisted it was, but I pointed out that Açaí Pomegranate Vitamin Water is red, not clear. She replied, ‘Well, here it’s clear.’ Clearly, something’s wrong with their fountain drink machine. I told her it was fine and left the drink with them, I didn’t want to argue. These kids were trying their best, but they’re clearly not trained to handle customer service properly.

I ordered a chicken and bacon sandwich. I had it delivered. Apparently delivery means they don’t have to care. Of course I just read through the reviews and they are all bad so maybe not. There was no bacon on my sandwich, I paid extra for extra bacon. Not even one slice. All of the sauce was on the last 3 inches of one side of the sandwich. I wanted pepper jack, I got a clump of mozzarella cheese. I pulled it out to make sure and pried it apart. Not one slice or pepper jack. The next part may have been delivery as I also didn’t receive my drink or side. Worst subway experience I’ve ever had
