Probably the worst Subway I’ve ever had. Ordered on DoorDash on New Years and they didn’t get literally anything right on the order. 2 of the sandwiches that were supposed to be warm were ice cold, didn’t even get all of the ingredients on my subway club, forgot our chips, and got 6 of the wrong cookies. Wow. Who is working here? They obviously do not care at all. Can’t even call and talk to anyone. What a joke the employees are that work here and whatever management that lets them get away with it. If I could give -5 stars I would. What a trash establishment.

Ordered online. Absolutely everything was wrong. From the sandwiches to them not putting our chips in with the order to the cookies. Everything was wrong. Good thing I ordered through DoorDash and got a refund.

I ordered 2 sandwiches on the Subway app. When my daughter brought them home, the bread was hard as a rock (I told them to not toast the bread. The kid working there claims they didn't which is possible but the bread was very hard.) Then we opened the sandwiches and there was barely, and I mean barely any meat on the sandwich. I went back to the store and tried to tell the young kid the problem and ask for a refund. The kid was very rude and said the sandwich was just fine and he would not refund the charges. I am now disputing the charges with my credit card. They have lost any future business from me or my family. I would appreciate if a manager reached out to me.

Ordered food just before noon. They were out of tomatoes, and luckily they had enough american cheese. No meat ball marinara. Ordered 12 inch american club sandwich but each half had different toppings. Charged me for two 6 inch sandwiches. The server was horrible. I won't be going back!

Ordered online and came in the people were nice and the place was clean but my chicken teriyaki sandwich tasted off like it was expired or some shit. Ordered a double chocolate chip cookie and got a hard regular chocolate chip cookie

I had a great experience with the guy making my sandwich yesterday was amazing his name was Gavin and I love walking in and see him and him making my sandwich he’s super polite and loves working there. Really enjoy coming to this subway cause this guy.

We ordered a couple of sandwiches from Subway today and had gone to pick them up once they were done. Upon picking them up and returning home we found out there were things missing and that the sandwiches were made incorrectly. The number on the receipt was disconnected so we had to walk back to the store to try and get our order fixed. The guy was very rude about the whole thing and refused to remake our sandwiches. He remade one of the sandwiches and gave us no compensation for a item we had no idea was out of stock and gave us no option but to request a refund and complain. The worker even kept the receipt in some lame attempt to try and make it so we can't complain. All in all, worst experience ever and I'm probably done with this Subway after this. This guy ruined my expectations of Subway.

I’ve been a customer to this subway for years and it feels like my experiences only get worse. I do online ordering ahead and my food is never made correctly or I’m missing items from meals. If I come to order in person there is only 1 worker on shift and they are never at the counter.
i usually have a great experience here, but today there was only one employee for lunch. so there was a busy line and a lot of togo orders. not any blame on the employee just management. sad to see i was coming for lunch all the time but i think ill start going to the one a lil bit down the street. i only have so much time for lunch. super sweet employees, management just needs to get it together

I have been coming here for work lunch breaks for a couple of years. Sometimes it's okay, but most of the time it's just not very good. They don't offer all the items on the menu and run out of items all the time. Well, it isn't even a proper Subway anyway, being attached to the Chevron. Anyway, I'm not eating there anymore. Tired of the inconsistency and disappointment mingled in with the occasional positive experience.

I ordered online. I waited until the website said it was ready. I was still 10 minutes past what it said and I still had to wait for my sandwiches to be done. In total it took 45 minutes to get my food. I ordered online for the quickness, didn't get it. The worker had attitude when I approached the counter, telling me "I'm working on it" well it should have been done 10 minutes ago. She was alone and that's on subway. Hire more people so your workers aren't pissed off when they have customers because they will actually have time to get everything done in a timely manner. Also before anyone thinks I'm being a Karen I'm not mad at the worker by any means I could have done without the attitude but I was not rude to her at all because I understand that when your company doesn't hire enough people to help you it pisses you off.
