THE BATHROOMS WERE ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. I'm talking moldy floors, broken toilet seat, no toilet paper, horrid smell. The music, was the radio and no one could hear anyone else. The radio also kept cutting out. The bread, they said was cooked today was crunchy. When we walked inside, the tables had crumbs and mess all over them. They weren't wearing hair nets and that is just disgusting. They took care of the drive thru first before getting to the customers in the actual store. Would not recommend going to this location.

Only white & wheat as your bread options, then I asked if they had meat because they didn't prep bread for the day. They said yes followed by a co worker ordering a meatball to be told they don't have any. Toaster been broken for a week.
Don't waste time or effort going her take a few minutes and drive elsewhere

I visit here often after Tuesday usually they get there shipment in and i absolutely love the employee she greeted me immediately entering and when out of a product they always tell me before i order i came in once on a girls bday her.name is Kayty i believe she was so happy 2be told happy bday and she rembers my order now when we stop bye i will keep coming back with my family for the great service with a smile and fast fresh food!

I come here before work all the time and in the last few months I've witnessed so much and I'm not usually one to leave reviews but I feel others should know about this and just try the subway down the street. My first few times coming in I heard very inappropriate music blasting from the back and heard people banging around when I asked what was going on to the employee said she said it was her manager and his girlfriend so I can't even complain to the manager when he is the one who the compliant would be about, the atmosphere here is so negative the employees seem miserable to be working here and I get it everyone has bad days but this is alot. They have not had a working toaster in a long time and I can deal with that but it has been what I think is months now? They are always out of everything. They don't always where their uniforms, a few times I have seen who I assume is one of the workers family come in and they will get a meal for all of them for free or only pay for one thing because I know that whole meal was not 10$ and this little girl who is probably 7 or 8 will just go back of the store to see her I assume sister who is working, I wanna say this working is ginger and she is always wearing a Winnie the poo hoodie and I believe her name was Caitlyn. I hear this employee talking bad about her fellow coworkers AND customers. my friend asked one of the other employees today. There is a flu problem. Their bathrooms are disgusting and have mold in them. AND THERE IS A RAT LIVING THERE. It ran out past me when I was ordering. that was my last straw and I have not been back since. The salad bar is gross, food is all in the wrong places, sticking to the bottles, etc.

Subway is the same as most. However, their toaster was broken and when I tried to ask where another subway was the employees were extremely rude and defensive about their machine being broken and wouldn't help me. Also they didn't have ham on the day I went which isn't a huge problem but the employees made me feel like I had to purchase something despite half of their crap being broken or out....probably won't go to this location again....

Been here twice and they seem to always be out of ingredients or something is broken like the toaster. Not sure why this is the case, but every single time I have been somewhat disappointed with what’s available or the service received.

First off I wanted a cold cut combo and was told they were out of cold cuts so had to get something else. Then when we went to pay the tried to tell me that my friend and I couldn’t both use coupons even though we asked for it to be rang up separately. Then we go to get our drinks and there are 50 little nats flying all over the drink dispenser, Yuk . We set down to eat our sandwiches and the bread is hard, like two days old or something. Terrible experience.. will not eat subway again. Avoid this location at all costs 😡

Toaster oven was broken, no more ranch or bacon. At 630pm!! One girl was training another and so rude to her and talking down to her the whole time.The food was mixed up in the containers. Thought an actual subway store would be better than one inside a gas station. Sorely mistaken!

If I could rate this review a zero star I would, but I am adding my review to the many others who have rated their experience as a one star. I do not want to waste too much of my time because I feel this establishment deserves little of it, but I wanted to warn others to avoid this place at all costs. Spend a little more at a better place that will care more about you and the food they prepare for you. I feel like this place trains their employees to make sure they get something if not close to everything wrong with your order, unless you are there in person to make sure you correct them on their mistakes. Go to Jersey Mike's, kitty corner across from them, you will be so very happy you did. It was 7pm on a Saturday night when I was told they could not make 4 of my sandwiches because they were out of turkey, chicken, steak and meatballs. They technically did have those meats, but it was in the freezer, which they prep the first part of the day (so much for "Eat Fresh"). The two employees that night gave me bad attitude about the situation when I wanted to cancel my other two sandwiches made from the mobile app pick up order, but I was told they could not do that because the sandwiches were already made, which one of them had the wrong bread that I ordered. They asked me condescendingly if I wanted to do their job, of which I was tempted to pull out my spare apron and start washing my hands to take him up on that offer. And why when you call the store's phone number can you not get through? I now have wasted too much time on this review and will invoice the store's manager for my time spent on this experience.
