Must be illiterate and have an iq below 50 to work here apparently. Been here twice both times wrong order and don't remove specific ingredient upon request. Missing an item as well. The boxes don't come in boxes they put them in a bag with incorrect items as well

This location loves to upsell extra protein on their entrees, and then still put the normal amount! $8 quesadilla with “extra steak” came out burnt and had a tiny amount of steak that should have been changed out 45 minutes ago. Double the price for half the food!

this taco bell has always treated me with the best customer service possible and is always accommodating and patient. If I didn’t like forty minutes from it, this would be my regular taco bell because it’s never a bad experience here

When putting together your order they will not put “build your own cravings boxes” in their own box. They will also not mark what customizations you’ve made to your order so you don’t know if they actually got your order right or not. They will also give you the wrong drinks, chicken will also not be added into a chicken cantina bowl

I tried to get the build your own cravings box you get online. I was at the store and struggled to get it ordered. Eli the manager spent a lot of time helping me figure it out, which I'm sure he didn't have the time to do that. He was so kind and VERY patient. THANK YOU ELI!!!

One of the best TACO BELL'S I HAVE EVER VISITED.. Both of my orders were made absolutely correct over 2 days. Excellent! I was very happy with everything associated with this restaurant. THEY GET 10 STARS ON A 5 STAR RATING SYSTEM! WOOHOO!! APPARENTLY SOMETHING CHANGED OVER THE PAST FEW MONTHS... My food was AWESOME AND EXCELLENT!!. But the management may have changed during my visit. RIGHT NOW... the food is excellent and AWESOME!. If something changes in the next months, please dont blame me for a good review of this restaurant!!!!!!

Good luck getting everything you ordered in the first bag. We ordered "to stay" and had to go back up to the counter twice to get the rest of the order. If you go through the drive through too make sure you check before you leave so you don't have to drive back.
Beans were not good at all the worst time I've eaten at a taco bell, by the time u get home with your did and realize it's crap u didn't even want to go back in gear it will be bad out side again.
