We came around 6pm. Taiyaki was not fresh, it was super stale. They don't make it fresh for you even if you're the only customer. We watched and heard it being microwaved, so it was chewy, hard, and the outside was not crispy. Red bean inside was lack luster, and not much of it. The Thai tea boba was bland, it tasted like instant powder Thai tea. The boba itself has no flavor, and half were undercooked. Husband and I were pretty sad about it considering the price..

Customer service was great—the girl working is really sweet, and the drinks were excellent. However, while my fiancé and I were enjoying our time, an older manager came in and spoke very rudely to an employee. It felt really inappropriate to witness as a customer, and honestly sad to see staff treated that way. It also seems like they only schedule one person at a time, which doesn’t feel fair to the employees. I hope management can address this, because the staff deserves better.

I lived over in Asia and this place does it right! Pretty rich so your eyes might be bigger than your stomach here. The egg tarts are pretty good too. Would recommend cheese it winter melon tea.

So returning here after a long while away, and was so disappointed. I was placing an order and the worker argued with me that oolong tea and black tea are the same and I didn't know what I was ordering. OOLONG AND BLACK TEA ARE DIFFERENT.... maybe they should understand their own menu and what teas are before correcting customers. Asked just for pure iced teas with lite ice, got drinks in between warm and room temperature with no ice loaded with boba pearls I didn't ask for.

The decor is super cute, but the drinks were a bit disappointing, especially the strawberry yogurt. It just tasted like straight-up strawberry syrup. Both drinks were really sweet, so I’d definitely recommend asking for less sugar if you try them

My absolute favorite Boba shop. Their Boba is always perfectly soft, and the drinks are so tasty. I get the Taro Milk Tea every time. I also love both the red bean and Nutella taiyaki, they always come out nice and warm. 😋
Ordered the ube milk tea on door dash and literally got milk with a tiny streak of ube tastes like sweetened milk and was not the dark purple shown, but was white

The texture of the taiyaki has improved, it was nice and crunchy this time instead of soggy like it's been in the past, however there was very little Nutella inside. If more filling was added, the taiyaki would be great.
