It was pretty short-staffed, but the workers did their best. (But it was also Memorial Day so other days might be different). It took a long time to get seated and another long wait to get our food. Even the water took at least 20 minutes. But the workers were working as hard as they could. The food was pretty good.
Worst service I've had in a long time. Wife placed online order - showed complete and ready. Arrived at drive thru and nobody answered window for 5 minutes, backed up to go over sensor again, still nobody comes to window for several minutes. Then I call the restaurant, rings about 15 times before someone answers so I tell them check the back window I've been waiting... still takes several minutes before someone finally responds. After I give her name she disappears again for at least 5 minutes before finally showing up with our order (and no apology). I only go here because my wife likes it, I think the food is mediocre, but after this she's on her own, I will never give them my business again.
Chicken Alfredo pizza and cinnamon bread twist is a solid choice!
Well, this was an unfortunate experience…getting our food…with extra topping I did not order HAIR🤮. The customer service mediocre at best. But they made it right by taking the pizza off the bill.
We love Pizza Factory! The crust is yummy! We always get the bread twists with a side of Alfredo. All of the specialty pizzas are wonderful. The pastas are great. The salad bar has lots of options. It is clean and the employees are kind and efficient.
I gave 2 stars because the pasta was good. The pizza was poorly assembled and very raw. It's very expensive for barely passable quality. No need to return.
Good pizza, good pasta dishes. They have a really affordable family meal option.
Pizza and bread sticks were good, salads were basic but fresh. Twisted bread sticks were fun, like a bouquet of food!
It’s a good pizza spot. The salad bar and breadsticks are my the best
Forgot to start pre-ordered pizzas. Very rude customer service on Saturday 3/1/25. The girl at the drive thru never apologized. Unacceptable customer service, and never tried to compensate for their mistake

I haven’t been to this place in years. The food is great! The service…so so. “Madyson” greeted and sat us. Didn’t see her again for another 8 minutes when she came over to attempt to take our order and it was as if she didn’t just see us when we walked in the door. Weird. She’s not very friendly. Would purposely walk over to ask how things were when my mouth was full of food. Brought the check over and didn’t ask if there was anything else we wanted in which I did but that’s a loss of money for you. She then didn’t come back for almost ten minutes to get my card which was already in the receipt holder. Again, the food is great but the service…not so much.
Breadsticks are scarce. Starving people would have breadsticks walked in front of them but NO BREADSTICKS FOR YOU!!!
The salad bar was very clean and fresh and the pizza flavor delicious.
This place is trash. We’ve been driving by it for years and decided to finally try it. We ordered the Factory pizza. That’s a really sad excuse for a pizza. Completely lacking in flavor. Frozen pizzas are way better.
The only good pizza I’ve had in Utah is Slackwater.
Don’t waste your money at this place. They don’t have any pizzas priced at $5 or less and that’s the max they should be charging for their mess.
Great place to take the family
