Been coming here ever since It opened up locally! Always had good food and the breadsticks are to die for! Especially the cinnamon ones with that dip! Hard to pick between all the good selections they have! Happy to find they are also on DoorDash so we can satisfy that craving at home! Food is always cooked, hot, and delicious!

They are short staffed and had us wait when there were plenty of tables to sit at. Lucky this place is the only salad bar in town.
Put in an order for delivery and paid online. We received notification that our pizza should be delivered in 35-55 minutes.
After an hour we received a text that our order was cancelled. When I called in to ask why the order was cancelled they informed me it was because they weren’t doing deliveries at that time and they forgot to shut off the option on their online ordering system.
I asked why it took them over an hour to notify us and they couldn’t give me a reason. They said they could take our order and we could come pick it up, but it would take awhile as they never made the pizza from our original order. I said “no thank you” as it had already been over an hour we had been waiting for food.

The salad bar was great! The pizza was great, although I prefer Deep Dish, but I forgot to ask for it. The young lady server was friendly. Also, I love the pebble ice!

I had the salad bar and breadsticks on Weds 11/20/24. The breadsticks were excellent as always but NOT the salad bar... several of the items didn't look all that fresh, the surface around it was filthy and that should have been my warning!
The pickled beats were rancid! I took a big bite and swallowed them before I realized there was a strange fizzy, tart taste that wasn't right.
My wife said the same thing but she only had a small bite. I also had the potato salad that I later learned, was brown and had a crust over it but someone mixed it up before I dished it up. Long story short, I was in the restroom for hours shortly after we finished dinner!! Eating out has become a disappointment across the board, raise the bar or go out of business!!
Pizza factory, do a better job of keeping your food fresh and safe or I will never be back, I can only imagine what the food prep area looks like!

We had high hopes for this place. The one in st george is amazing. This one was terrible. The breadsticks were doughy. The pizza was also doughy. Dough wasn't able to rise and it cooked terribly. The customer service was maybe mediocre at best. I'm always on the side of the servers and business owners. But this experience was too bad for me to not rate them poorly.

It’s a nice family atmosphere but the service is pretty slow, at least while we were there.
The kids meals are decently priced. I got a turkey sandwich which was actually pretty good. My husband got Hawaiian pizza, and we all got the bread twists, which are good, but need ranch.

I had a stroke about 17 years ago and my vocal cords were paralyzed. But they have gotten better and I'm now rarely misunderstood. However, this was the exchange I had when I called.
Me: if like to order a take out order. I'd like a factory club with no lettuce, tomato, or onions.
Server: can you repeat that?
Me: (making sure I was clear)a factory club with no lettuce, tomato, or onions.
Server: say that again. I really can't hear you.
Me: A. FACTORY. CLUB.
Server: what don't you want on it?
Me: lettuce, tomato, or onion
Server: (pause) uh, that doesn't have lettuce or tomato.
Me: so no onion.
Server: okay, what else?
Me: a side salad with Italian dressing.
Server: so a Caesar salad?
Me: no, a side salad.
Server: (sigh )I know but what sauce? Caesar?
I hung up. I had tried my very best to speak loudly and clearly but her attitude seemed to me to be annoyed with my voice. and she didn't seem to know that there was a difference between a side salad with Italian dressing and a Caesar salad. I started crying and hung up.
I am perfectly fine to use the phone in every situation until this.
They have a nice salad bar. We had the tomato tortellini soup, and it was great! My mom loves their pizza. The bread is on a stick and cooked in a spiral. They were so big that my mom and I split one and took the rest home. Service was a little slow.

So unorganized. Nobody seems to know who is doing what. And then with all the confusion they don't help customers. I waited for 10 minutes before anyone ever asked me if I've been helped.
