This place is always empty. Every time I pass by ? one day I decided to stop in and try this Thai restaurant,I decided to order general Tso chicken, fried rice and calamari. The calamari was a waste of money. It was hard. The General Tso was hard and the rice was tasteless. There was one other lady waiting in there. I guess she was getting a Thai tea? I was curious if she had tried anything else like the food? She whispered to me the food is horrible. Go somewhere else ! I had already paid, ??!! but yeah, she was right !and the guy at the cash register the one that looks like Buddha he was very nosy and he was trying to intervene because he knew she was trying to forewarn me lol !!!!! I never returned. I paid a lot of money for (a lot of bad food) My first RED flag should’ve been there was not one person in sight in the entire restaurant, other than me and the girl buying tea.

Wanted to try something new. Unfortunately the rice was burnt. The egg roll had way too much pepper in it. And the pad Thai had little flavor other than a mouthful of lime. The orange chicken was good. It was disappointing especially for spending $33 dollars on 2 entrees. Won’t be back.

My friend and I hit Wasatch Wok right at opening time (11:00 a.m.), so the place was quiet, perfect for two lunch adventurers seeking fortune… and fried rice.
I ordered the General Tso’s Chicken lunch special, which came with fried rice, an egg roll, and soup. I went with the egg drop soup, and unlike some places, it wasn’t crammed with peas, corn, or “mystery vegetables.” Simple, clean, and just fine.
The service? Fast, friendly, and attentive. Our waiter checked on us more often than my mom does when I forget to call. I didn’t really need anything, but it was nice to know he was ready to rescue me if General Tso mutinied.
Now, General Tso’s Chicken usually packs some heat, but mine was about as spicy as a Hallmark movie marathon. The chicken was a bit chewier than I’m used to, but paired with the rice and egg roll, it all balanced out into a pretty pleasant lunch.
The menu is extensive, Thai and Chinese options galore, so clearly I’ll need to come back and keep rolling the dice. Speaking of dice, my fortune cookie at the end said: “Now is the time to try something new.” Pretty fitting for my first time here. Either that’s fate… or the cookies are in on the marketing strategy.
Bottom line: Wasatch Wok is friendly, tasty, and full of options.

Service is outstanding and the food was amazing. The flavoring and sauces make the food extra special. We will definitely return for another visit soon.

I love this place! I come here often for lunch and the guy that serves is very nice and so awesome! I usually eat in for lunch but today I had to take it to go. Came pretty quick, and not too expensive!

Been living in Utah for five years and had yet to find a really excellent Chinese restaurant and very glad we came here!
The crab meat wontons, egg rolls, fried rice, chicken are all so good. My favorite is that the egg drop soup doesn't have peas or corn in it (I hate peas and corn so much). Very stoked to have found a place that makes it similar to my hometown restaurant.

Sticky rice and spring rolls. . Mmmmm
This evening for dinner we decided to try a new Chinese joint, sadly it wasn’t that good. My kung poa chicken was more vegetables (celery and zucchini) than it was chicken. The mandarin chicken was decent and the sauce was good. The best things were the appetizers, crab cheese wontons and char shu, delicious! The service was great too!
Good food. A bit of a wait because it was busy, well worth the wait.

Portions were pretty small and food was ok
Wasatch Wok in Clearfield, Utah, is hands-down our favorite invision lunch spot, and it’s easy to see why. Nestled at 129 State St, this gem serves up some of the best Thai and Chinese dishes around, with flavors that hit all the right notes. The Tangerine Chicken is a standout—perfectly spiced and packed with fresh ingredients—while the Mongolian Beef never fails to impress. The staff is incredibly friendly, always greeting us with smiles and making every visit feel special. Service is quick, ideal for a lunch break, and the cozy vibe keeps us coming back. A must-try local treasure
Best beef salad around! I will always go out of my way to get it here.
$$$$ it's quite high in comparison to similar restaurants in the area. The quality of food has gone down steadily over the years. Recently bought two items totaling almost $30 dollars. One was a order of just rice and ut was burnt.
