I’ve been a loyal customer at this Wendy’s for a long time, and my experience has always been positive. Unfortunately, my recent encounter with Isabelle, the General Manager, was disappointing. Her attitude toward customers, both in person and over the phone, was unprofessional. When I had an issue with an incorrect order, she was dismissive and made the process unnecessarily difficult, even though the mistake was on her end.
I share this feedback because I’ve always appreciated this location, and it’s disheartening to leave a low review. However, based on this experience, I don’t see myself returning.

Food is alway cold and tastes like it was cooked in the morning to be re-warmed (if it's re-warmed) and served at night. This Wendy's used to be the best place for a fresh buger and fries; now it always old, and weird tasting. Staff are kind and attentive but whomever takes care of ordering and making sure the food is fresh, they're failing.

Just went and ordered an asiago chicken sandwich and fries and I got nothing but cold chicken that was hard. They’ve been sitting under a warmer forever and cold hard french fries. I have never had such a disgusting meal in my life. But with the way it is and almost out of gas. I didn’t go back, but I’ll tell you what I’m not going back there again that’s the second time I’ve been disappointed.

Very expensive for old chicken hard bacon and when I said make it large the gave me warm fries and a small frosty and no receipt so I can’t go back and complain to a manager but with out that I’m screwed got cold food at the cost of 30$ for 2 # 8

This is my favorite Wendy's to go to! It's so much better than the one I have around the corner of my house. The extra 7 minute drive is so worth it! Best staff I've interacted with! I've never had any issues coming here. My orders are always correct. I get the sauce I ask for. Potatoes are always delicious. I don't have any complaints about this Wendy's. It's by far the best Wendy's I've ever been to! Those nights where I don't want to cook. Wendy's is my lifesaver, and I always leave with a smile on my face. Thank you so much for your service! You guys are amazing! Please, keep it up!
I haven't been to Wendy's. I wanted some chili today. I got a small and it's like 3/4 of the cup. Wendy's on e upon a time was pretty good

When I ordered I asked for fresh fries. But didn’t expect they’d be better then any other fries ever I think they were cooked differently but better this guy deserves a raise and Wendy’s should take note on how these are cooked

Took my ornery Grandma here for dinner, and she complained about the freshness of the fries, and the teenage server had a great attitude about it and was very nice and gave her a fresh batch. The self serve coke machine was broke too, but she went back and got her a good cup of Coca Cola. Excellent service!

The restrooms looked terrible, clogged sink dirty floors, and the toilet was filthy. The dining area was not up to what I feel is a Wendy's standard.
