We submitted an application three days ago but, after reviewing feedback from other residents and experiencing a lack of communication from the management team, we decided not to move forward. The application process cost approximately $500 for two applicants.
Over the past three days, we have attempted to contact the property multiple times without receiving a single response. Additionally, when we initially scheduled a tour, no one showed up. After rescheduling, we waited 20 minutes past the appointment time before calling management, at which point they finally sent someone out.
The lack of professionalism and responsiveness from management is extremely disappointing.

I lived here from September 2022 until August 2023. Overall, I didn't mind living here. I personally thought the property manager was nice (others didn't), and the maintenance guys for the property were cool. This is the positive reason for three stars.
Now, the negative reason for only three stars... in June of 2023 (first three pictures) and August of 2023 (last three pictures), the trash containers were not emptied for two to three weeks because the main trash bill was not paid by the property, yet we as tenants along with all the others paid a regular monthly fee for trash pick up (see pictures). Secondly, (this may be done now) at the time I lived there, the asphalt in the parking lot was pretty bad in spots. The whole parking lot needed to be redone.

This place was horrible. I moved into a cockroach infested home. They never told me it had cockroaches! Then they wouldn’t do anything about it until I called the Health Department. Then as I start cleaning I find black mold, the cupboards were rotting away, my fridge was broken and still not fixed to the day I moved out. They make you pay properly tax every month and tack on a fee every month just for providing a portal for you to make a payment. You don’t get a fair water bill as they pro rate it through out the complex.

I love this place. Great place to live and through out the few years I been here amazing everything is cheap some to not work after awhile but this place is useful. To live but not the best carpet cheap and old looking. But we don't like it but awesome experience with the house the time raise pack our stuff find new place to stay. Manger. It sad to see leave and iiIiwanted to get to know you so change our mindand stay one more year but awesome experience in this apartment warm comfortable home and a place to call home and place to live survival place to stay this best place to stay my dad has love it her sense my dad got divorced with my mom we need to be close to my mom's house go back and forth from my parentsThanks for letting us stay in your apartment it amazing journey in the good and bad in this apartment
