I love going to this Carl’s Junior Store!! The Manager, Angel and his evening staff are always so friendly, helpful and genuinely happy. Our food is always fresh, tasty and delicious and neatly put together. The restaurant is always clean and well stocked, even the bathrooms. This Carl’s Junior Store and location is my #1 go to no matter what!! Thank you Everyone for the smiles & good food!!! All y’alls are AWESOME!!!

Went through the drive thru and the employee told me that they stopped ordering cup holders. I had to drive home with 5 drinks and only 2 cup holders in my car

This place is discustingly dishonest. They purposefully try to upgrade your combo order to a larger size without telling you and then get mad when you say something about it. Andrea, their employee, then tried to convince me that each meal was priced higher because tax was included in each item even though I could see the bigger meal size in the reciept. And If that's the case. Then why do you charge me tax at the end as well?! Beware everyone. You're paying more for their food than you think and they think you're too dumb to notice. I'm done with this place.

The Carl’s App is such a piece of crap! If I add a free burger to the meal with the app it should be in the cart! I lost out on a free burger, which is total bullshit! The staff didn’t know how to do it either! I will not be back, the McDonald’s app in comparison is so much better and works when I add a free burger to the cart!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We actually travel out of our way to come to the Clinton Carl’s Jr instead of the one in Syracuse—and it’s worth it every time. The food here is always hot and fresh, the staff are friendly and communicate well, and most importantly—they don’t cheat you on your food or your rewards.
At the Syracuse location, we’ve had issues with points being stolen or not credited because employees would scan the app themselves. But at Clinton, your points actually go through. On top of that, they don’t short your order or skimp on portions like other locations sometimes do.
Clinton Carl’s Jr does it right—honest, clean, and customer-focused. Highly recommend. 🍔👏 Wish my city was earning our taxes.
