I barley just got a double cheese burger plain. It's hard as a rock I I can't even bite into it. I'm so upset because my husband's food is just fine but mine is hard as a rock. Like what made you think it was OK to send that out. Like I was so looking forward to this, I'm so upset.

What are your hours? It says opens at 6am online, and says the same on your hours posted on the drive thru window. A few months ago the place randomly stopped opening at 6am, then seemed like they were opening at that time again. Came this morning at 6:10am and it looks like one car in the parking lot, but no one to be seen inside and no one answering the drive thru. Consistent hours would be a great so I don’t drive over to find an abandoned restaurant. Please establish your hours and update your online and onsite posted hours so they reflect correctly.

I am so glad that the El Diablo burger is a permanent on the menu. It has just the right amount of spice. Also, you can't go wrong with fried zucchini.

Do not eat here! Worst Carl’s JR I have ever been to. Went through the drive through. Had to pull around and wait 20 minutes for my food to come out. The milk shake was liquid and my burger had a totally soaked bun like it fell in a puddle. Couldn’t even eat it. Absolutely disgusting!

I can't remember the last time I was so sick! We went through the drive through on a Saturday night and when we got home, they gave me the wrong burger. They gave me a kids cheeseburger rather than the famous star for $12 so of course i went back. They did correct it but it didn't taste right. I was so hungry I ate it anyway. I was in bed for 3 days with the worst exploding diarrhea of my life with flu symptoms. I will NEVER go back to this location! Stay far away!
