Skip this location and go to Syracuse! 2nd time I’ve been to this location and both times have been wrong. When I pointed it out this time (added chicken instead of steak) the two employees just giggled amongst themselves and then kept making it. Employees also throwing food at each other while making my food. I get that they hire teens/young adults but the lack of management at this one shows

My wife placed an online order that was supposed to be picked up at the drive-through window. However, when I arrived, I was informed that I needed to go inside to collect it. Consequently, I’ve decided to exclusively visit the Riverdale location from now on. Wasn’t thrilled with the service and the app even said to go to the drive through window. When I drove around and went inside I was told it was their policy. 🤷♂️

Ask for a quesadilla with no cheese and got cheese still on call customer service all they offered me was a buy one get one free coupon so I still didn’t eat that day and I wasted 12 bucks thank you

almost always under portioned, 30% of the time something about the order is wrong. fire usually good but when i spend 18$ on a bowl to share with another person and the bowl isn’t even filled half way you don’t really care how it tastes

Horrible chipotle. I used to work at a chipotle and if it manager saw how this place was run, they’d fire everyone and restart. First experience: 7pm. Two hours before closing, dude was cleaning the grill, no fajitas prepped, no fresh salsa prepped, no steak on the line, no chicken on the line. Said it would be 30 min to get everything prepped. I walked out. Get food at Mo’Bettahs.
Second experience, 730pm. No fajitas on the line, no steak on the line, said it would take FORTY MINUTES to prep fajitas. Cause they didn’t have any cut. For a restaurant that is supposed to have food on the line, ready to go so people can come in and just grab and go, this location is trash. It’s new too, so they did NOT train their employees well at all. The manager looked to be 18 last time I was here. Makes me sad that there is no pride in their work or customer experience. I’ll gladly drive 20 min out of my way to go to a different location.

Everyone was nice, but the rice and chicken were disgustingly salty! I love salt too, but this was inedible! Please be aware of this. You might want to check on your cooks. This turned my stomach tonight and it'll be a while till we go back I'm sorry to say.

First time and last time going. Charged over $16 for a bowl. I couldn’t finish and I’m not picky. I don’t blame the kids working/ but the owner and manager should be doing better quality control. Burnt dried up chicken, rice was undercooked. Bits of inedible veggies. With bell pepper stem to add, I guess for flavor ? Haha. So bad.
