Buy one get one deals I MIGHT consider going back. My Love It size was absolutely not even close to what it used to be, there was a full scoop of icecream to be had from the rim when it was passed to me. It was the Strawberry one with white cake in it, it’s good, but again, I got like a 70% portion.
The coco-taco thing is a new promotion but it’s already premade and pre-wrapped, there’s literally nothing to do but hand it to you. It’s laughably overpriced again for what this is. Did you know Walmart has 12 icecream sandwiches for $2.88? Now ya do. Winco Farr brand quart sized and high quality fatty ice cream for under $5.
Not a fan of eating a treat and feeling ripped off the whole time. Pass.

Service was slow due to pickup orders, I guess. The ice cream was pretty awful (cheesecake and chocolate mint cookie). Tasted like a bowl of chemicals.

My boyfriend and I went to cold stone tonight as its close and said to be a top notch place, instead of driving the extra 15 minutes to farrs ice cream. They didnt have my favorite cherry chocolate chip so I decided to try a new one and go with the one smart brookie; I tell you I may as well have gotten chocolate chip cookie dough because there was absolutely no brownie whatsoever! Not what I ordered at all.
The cookie dough was clumpy, and I regret not going with a caramel apple instead of their ice cream / not driving that extra time. My guy got cheesecake and what about it makes cheesecake when it’s only pie crust and fruit?? The fruit was good but coulda gotten some fresh fruit at the Walmart across the street rather than something neither one of us could finish. Highly recommend Farr’s Ice Cream!
On February 23, I placed a cake order for my grandmother's 89th birthday cake. On February 24, I called to ask if I could change the cake flavor from chocolate to yellow and I was told the cake was already made! The guy commented that it was strange they'd already made the order when it wasn't being picked up for nearly a week, he told me it wasn't a big deal, they could redo the order. When I arrived to pick up my cake, they'd given the chocolate cake that was made nearly a week ago. I called today and spoke to Dalton and he said that I wasn't told that and pretty much called me a liar. I asked if I could get a partial refund and he said he needed to talk to the manager and the kid about the order. Dalton called back today to inform me that his employees said they'd offered to remake the cake for 50% off which is something that was never relayed or previously mentioned. I told Dalton they'd lied and he said his employee would never lie, therefore, calling me a liar again. I would never recommend Cold Stone to anyone! I buy 5 cakes at minimum a year for all our birthday celebrations, it's sad but the experience was so horrible. AND to call a customer a liar is uncalled for, especially when it was the employees who lied to the boss, but hey they'd never lie, lol. The cake was horrible quality to boot, there were very few mix ins when we decided to cut into it, hardly any frosting. A complete waste of my money.

I ordered the kid size not realizing how small a portion is was. When I complained, the manager explained it was the correct portion but gave another scoop for my little. Although the kids size is extremely small, she didn't have give more ice cream. I appreciated her stellar customer service.
