We used to love coming here unfortunately this is the second time we’ve ordered a peanut buttercup perfection. It was not peanut buttercup, it was chocolate ice cream with maybe a single peanut buttercup and a bit of fudge. If I wanted chocolate ice cream I would’ve gone to the grocery store and bought some ice cream. We were hoping more would be further into the cup, but we were wrong. Incredibly disappointing.

The ice cream was great but we showed up when they were super busy so the service was a little slow but that's to be expected, I guess. Also, it's very family friendly. A little too family friendly for my taste sometimes. All in all though, I would recommend this place to people I don't hate.

We always go to Coldstone and they pretty regularly have new and interesting flavors to try. This week we picked up an ice cream cake for my husband's birthday and he LOVED it! I really appreciate the quality we got.

I went for some ice cream, THEY WHERE NOT WEARING GLOVES. Less then 12 hours later I am throwing up and hate myself for ignoring a simple fact. Next time have gloves on or I’ll wait until someone with gloves comes along. Oh, and I’ll cause a scene if I have to, customer safety should be your number 1 priority.

I can't even begin to describe how disappointed I am, not to mention quite disgusted and sick to my stomach.I got the Butterfinger caramel apple and my partner got the apple pie apple. Both apples were mushy and discoloured on the inside.Mind you, these apples are nearly $10 EACH. The apples themselves were inedible, so we were just eating the caramel on the outside. Until I found a HAIR under the caramel on my Butterfinger apple!! I wanted to vomit, I felt so sick about a hair being on the apple, under the caramel. My partner and I wasted $20 on two inedible apples.I also want to add that my hair is blue and my partner has 1" long hair. The hair on the apple could not have been one of ours.
