The best fiiz. They have great customer always and seem to be the only fiiz that makes our drink correct the first time! The cookie and chips/cheese is so so so good! The pretzel I can live without.

I came in and ordered a Strawberry Shortcake drink and I was given coconut something I am very allergic to coconut I ended up breaking out in hives I have gone to the store multiple times trying to get the manager they've taken my number multiple times I still have not heard from them and it's a little frustrating because I'm extremely allergic to coconut so I don't know what else to do other than do a review because they're not getting the point that I'm showing up there every other day trying to get a hold of a manager so maybe this will do it so I know they've got the information my name is Amy Roberts I would appreciate if this Could get to the right person and they could contact me my phone number has been given multiple multiple times it's just a little frustrating because it was very scary and not good so please contact me and I do know that my phone number is in the system and it has also been given multiple times thank you
This is the fourth time in a row I have gotten a drink from here and have asked for sugar free products and have received products with sugar in it. I ask for sugar free because I am a type 1 diabetic and it is very dangerous for me to have any liquid sugar as it hits my blood stream faster than my insulin does. I'm very much over this. If you're a diabetic and don't want to worry about going into a sugar coma don't come here.
this place is not the place for you. we couldn’t order from the normal window for some reason we had to walk around to the drive-through window that’s meant for cars. We then sat there for a little bit while they tried to struggle to open up the window and one of the two teenage girl employees working there was flinging her tongue around everywhere for some reason made me very uncomfortable. They didn’t messed up the order multiple times while charging us extra. And they used my buy one get one free card, but didn’t even apply it on the pricing and messed up the drink sizes and didn’t give us that our third drink the first time and so we had to walk back and convince them, but they messed up the order which they were for sure that they did not and finally after some convincing, they gave us our third drink without charging us which they really wanted to and we left unsatisfied do not come here please go to swig. It’s better. next time i’ll call packgod if this happens.
two very incompetent teenagers were helping me with my order me and one friend went and bought three drinks he bought one for himself and i bought 2 with a buy one get one free punch card they charge my friend a normal amount for his one drink but charge me for both of the drinks i ordered and use 2 holes on my punch card instead of one so i paid double and lost double because these teenagers couldn’t understand basic math and they only gave us two drinks the first time so we had to go back and ask for our third drink and after already charging us way extra and using both punch slots they try to charge us for the third drink they just forgot to include so we had to try to convince them to just make the drink they owed us they finally gave in and gave us the drink never coming here again only came cus swig closed 30 minutes early there’s a swig 5 minutes away i pleas with you to go there instead never had a bad experience there.
I don’t usually leave reviews because I’ve worked in fast food (at a soda shop just like this one) and understand how difficult customers can be—but my recent experience at this Fiiz location was frustrating enough to speak up.
When I pulled up to order, I could hear laughter over the intercom, and it took over a minute for anyone to respond. I asked for gift cards and had to repeat myself four times because the employees in the background were loudly singing and joking around. The girl at the window claimed there was “interference,” but it was clear the noise was coming from their end.
Once I finished ordering, I waited behind two cars while still hearing the staff yelling and singing. When I got to the window, I was only charged for the gift cards—my drink and pretzel bites were completely forgotten. I had to repeat my order again because the noise continued, and it took another 5–7 minutes to get my items while they kept laughing and goofing off.
I’m all for having fun at work, but not at the expense of customer service. If the staff can’t hear orders because they’re too busy messing around, that’s a serious issue. She didn’t even apologize. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning to this location in the near future.
Always the best sodas. Nothing better than fountain vanilla Cokes!

I'm done with Fiiz. I've visited this location several times. I purchased a bogo card from a child in the community and every time I have tried to use it at this location the older woman that works in the morning completely changes her demeaner once I mention the card. She constantly reminds me that they won't be participating soon and slams the door in our face. I have visited without this card too, and customer service has been ok, but this woman in the morning has made me rethink where I spend my money. It won't be here.

We went to go get fiizs today and asked for no ice and used our store credit but still spent money. The lady said “you guys just want everything free.” Filled the cup up minis 3 fingers worth. When we called to ask about she full on lectured us about being selfish and said “look I’m just to get caffeine because I just Lost my mom and didn’t sleep” and the lady said “well there enough caffeine to grieve in that cup” and hung up. I have gone to this Fiiz many times and spent a lot of money. I just wanted caffeine after a hard hard day from the previous day. This woman showed no human decency to us and more than that she was cruelEDIT TO ADD:They sent a gift card and it doesn’t even cover the drinks that were shorted. I have tried to get information from email of how to contact corporate and haven’t received word back.
I’ve heard multiple horror stories about one of the owners (an older woman with blonde hair) being straight up rude to customers. When multiple people called her out and left 1 star reviews today, the other owner’s daughter and wife left 5 star reviews to balance it out. Not a good look, guys! Do better.
Blaming inflation for not filling a cup when asking for no ice is crazy. Some people don’t like ice. When the owner lectured me through the window because i used store credit as well it made me so confused and I thought she was joking around. Then when I realized my cup was three fingers short my wife and I called in while I sat in their Parking lot. My wife was in tears because she had just lost her mom the day before and this was just the icing on the cake. the owner continued to berate her and said that she could go home and fill up the cup the rest of the way with ice because we are obviously cheap and trying to get a deal by asking for no ice. Now that same woman shows no remorse when confronted. Glad they are sending a gift card but I want this to be documented because I was shocked.
I just called and spoke with the owner and I cannot even explain how rude she was to me. She was actively being very rude and belittling while telling me, "I've never been rude to anyone a day in my life". I honestly have no idea how this place is even in business....I heard so many horror stories about this same lady....she is older with blondish hair. Well golks....she's the owner!
