I came in with my three boys like I regularly do to get a sample and a loaf or two of bread. All four of us received a sample (like we regularly do) and then I bought a loaf of bread. The worker charged me for two of our four samples. When I questioned her about it, she said that was the rule (that after the first two samples, we get charged for the rest of however many samples we have). I have never been charged for a sample here ever and was upset that she did not tell me there would be a fee before giving all of us a sample. There's no sign up, and no one said 'by the way, after two free samples we are going to charge for each sample.' It's frustrating to me because what if four adult friends came in and each got a sample. Would the first two friends get it free and then the other two would have to pay for theirs? Why should individuals get a sample for free while a family group (like mine) get charged? It's unfair, and it was deceitful of the worker to not tell me it would cost me before hand. And what if on this day I chose not to also buy bread? What If I got my sample and sat down? Would she call me back up to pay for two samples? It was an upsetting experience for me, and I believe there needs to be change.

I will no longer support this location after my experience today. I called ahead at 5:29 pm to verify they had what I needed (dinner rolls for Thanksgiving) BEFORE I went out of my way to drive there. The lady in the phone told me they had plenty and I let her know that I would be in promptly before they closed. That is…if they closed at their posted time. My husband shows up to the store at 6:03pm and they were already closed. He went to the door to check and sure enough the door is locked. There is no posted sign stating they would be closing early. Their door hours, Google hours, and voicemail hours all state 6:30. IN ADDITION the employee just chose not to tell me that they were going to close early after hearing me say that I would be in soon. I’ve been getting Thanksgiving and Christmas rolls here for several years but I would rather take my business where it is wanted. Do better.

Today the male employee taking out order was extremely rude, eye rolls, huffs, ect. He charged us for the wrong sandwich and then got extra huffy when we asked to have the correct sandwich made.

Reoccuring customer no more! For most holidays I would come in and buy the packages of frosted sugar cookies. However as of today a 6 pack is almost $16.00 including the tax!?!? When I got home I realized this...what the....maybe there's 8 cookies now....NO...no...nope. So I called a different store and they were much less. I called back to the Clinton store and asked how much in case there was an error....nope still almost $16.00. I asked why there was such a price difference at this store composted to the others...Bailey said rudely " I don't know why that's above my pay grade." Shady...answer...Well Bailey ...you should. Because I called yet another store who very politely told me these stores have different ownership and they set their prices. So I politely plan to support any of the other local Great Harvest Co. from now on. Besides the pieces the customer service is well...not good.

I will never go to this location again. We went today for lunch, while we were there, they allowed a customer to bring her dog in. The women sat a a table with the dog in her lap while she ate. It is against the law in Utah to have an dog in a restaurant or grocery store unless it is a service dog which does not include an emotional support dog.

We love their oatmeal chocolate chip cookies. We don't go there too often but they do have good treats. We have gone there at all hours and they never seem to be overly crowded. So I believe any time they are open is a good time. However if you are looking for something specific you will want to get there when they open. Otherwise it may be gone when they close.
Parking: They do share a parking lot with other businesses. So be aware parking may be limited but you can park on the street side and walk within one minute.
Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible for all abilities.

My husband and I stopped in for lunch. I love eating in this little shop but one table was full of gift baskets and they were assembling on another table. There was no where left to sit to eat. Also $17 each lunch is pretty steep for this type of place.

their pumpkin bread is amazing! so so good and i love it so much!
Really good quality bread and delicious deserts. The employee who made the peanut butter bars made it perfectly; it’s the best peanut butter my family and I have ever tasted.
Great breakfast sandwiches, and arguably the best honey wheat bread available
