We tried to order delivery from this store. The order was not only not delivered to us, but when we called, the employees made it very clear that they did not care, since they outsource their deliveries to DoorDash. They wouldn’t give us any of the information we needed to provide DoorDash with to resolve the issue that way.

There are only two people working, and it seems like one is training the other. Way too much stress to put on two people, the dining room had 5-6 customers hanging out waiting 15+ mins. Not the employees fault at all, they were running themselves rampant. This is a management problem, not adequately scheduling staff or not retaining staff. Hope to see this solved so no one is over exerting themselves for a more than likely low pay job.

Telling customers lies to appease them is not a very good feeling.

The first statement from my visit today is debatable, I initially believed it, but am not sure sure now.

Trying to get a fresh Orange Juice from a Jamba juice is worse than trying to get a shake from McDonalds.

I was told today that they had a fridge go out so they didn't have any oranges. (Oranges don't go bad that quickly, the ones at the grocery store aren't even refrigerated).

Even if this was true, I asked the employee of the Ogden location's machine was working (As of 6 months ago it hadn't been working for awhile). He said his sister worked there as an assistant manager. He texted her and she said it was working.

So I drove to the other location and, of course, the machine was still down.

Just because the worker was too lazy to call the other location I had to drive and still not get what I was looking for. These are the only 2 locations near me, there is only so much one can do when looking for a drink.

I know good help is hard to find, but the lengths some people go to are ridiculous. It would have saved me so much time if he said he didn't want to call and that was that.

We came in today to get our family of 6 smoothies for lunch. The total, while ridiculous, was $47. We handed over a $50 bill only to be told the store wouldn't accept bills over $20. I can understand if we needed a lot of change but this was only $3 in change we needed back- didn't matter, he thought it could be counterfeit. We left, went the 30 seconds around the corner to walmart and bought a weeks worth of frozen fruit, juice and toys for 4 kids all for the same price. They happily took our $50. We won't be back, I suggest hitting up the frozen food section next door. It's 2024, I think there are plenty of easy, economical ways to train employees on how to spot a counterfeit bill especially for an establishment that has raised their prices so dramatically.

Went in for the first time in a bit, it was nearly 20 bucks for 2 large smoothies. I was surprised not only by the price, but the portion size was not even filled to the top probably 2 inches under the lid. I probably won't go back for a while and perhaps a different location.

They close at 9 pm but don't go in after 8 pm. They will give you an attitude and short you on your drink. Mine weren't filled to the top and the young man ignored me when I initially went in to order. I suppose hoping I would go away because I am guessing the employees think they leave at 9 and not that it closes at 9 and they need to clean blenders after closing. Not during open hours.

Don’t have basic flavors like Strawberry Banana etc. They have their own “unique” styles to it which is nice sometimes but basic smoothies would be nice. The service was good, the inside of the store was awful, it’s just empty space. The boxes they give you to carry out drinks don’t work, they’re cheap and fall apart easily. The drinks good but as an overall experience I’d much rather go to Orange Julius or Beans n Brews. Prolly not going back.

Wow, going to this location was the worst experience. The manager served me what she wanted and not what I ordered. I told her the order was wrong and she rolled her eyes at me and said she could give me a refund and for me to go to a different location to get an açaí bowl. I cannot believe the owner has this type of employee working for Jamba.

In my opinion Jamba has become underrated. Their smoothies are so yummy, fresh and fairly priced. The staff at this location are very pleasant and efficient.

Parking: This Jamba is connected to a little shopping center type area... the area is always a bit busy but I personally have never had an issue parking and never have to park far

One of the worst places to try to get a job they say they want to interview you and you have an interview set up for last week. You show up managers not even there then you make sure that they’re there this week. Nope they’re not there when you needed to go in when they rescheduled it do not recommend working at this location they do not know how to run a business.

Went in an hour and a half before closing only to be snapped at by an employee that they can't serve me because they are on their break for the next 30 minutes .Won't be coming back to this location
