Don’t have basic flavors like Strawberry Banana etc. They have their own “unique” styles to it which is nice sometimes but basic smoothies would be nice. The service was good, the inside of the store was awful, it’s just empty space. The boxes they give you to carry out drinks don’t work, they’re cheap and fall apart easily. The drinks good but as an overall experience I’d much rather go to Orange Julius or Beans n Brews. Prolly not going back.

Wow, going to this location was the worst experience. The manager served me what she wanted and not what I ordered. I told her the order was wrong and she rolled her eyes at me and said she could give me a refund and for me to go to a different location to get an açaí bowl. I cannot believe the owner has this type of employee working for Jamba.

In my opinion Jamba has become underrated. Their smoothies are so yummy, fresh and fairly priced. The staff at this location are very pleasant and efficient.Parking: This Jamba is connected to a little shopping center type area... the area is always a bit busy but I personally have never had an issue parking and never have to park far

One of the worst places to try to get a job they say they want to interview you and you have an interview set up for last week. You show up managers not even there then you make sure that they’re there this week. Nope they’re not there when you needed to go in when they rescheduled it do not recommend working at this location they do not know how to run a business.

Went in an hour and a half before closing only to be snapped at by an employee that they can't serve me because they are on their break for the next 30 minutes .Won't be coming back to this location

I am super upset at this location! Right before Christmas they had a deal going on that you will get a $5 rewards card for every $25 gift card you get. So I got $50 worth of gift cards for Christmas gifts and when I asked about the rewards cards they had no clue what I was talking out, so he gave me 2 additional gift cards and said the $5 should be on each of those, it seemed odd so I went on the website to check and sure enough the cards were just blank cards so I went back in with receipts and explained the situation and the girl apologized and said she put the $5 on each card so I went in to to use them just now and sure enough it gives an error! The only reason why I got the gift cards were because they offered and extra reward for doing so. I’m very extremely disappointed. Don’t offer this deal if you don’t train your employees on how to do it.

I am so upset right now. I ordered online at 7:34. When I went in 5 minutes later, they were closing the registers and wouldn’t let the person in front of me pay with cash. So they left. The employees told me they can’t take my order because they just cleaned the peanut butter up. I said don’t you close in 20 minutes? He said yes but it takes a long time. So because they chose to close the register and clean the peanut butter up, they lost 2 customers. I don’t usually write reviews but I’m really upset. They still had 20 minutes left. I would understand if it was 5 minutes before closing.

Shift manager assisted us this morning, we used cash. After helping, she turned around and started cutting strawberries. Didn’t wash her hands then played on her phone then back to cutting strawberries. I would think a shift manager would know the importance of washing hands before touching food.

Besides no place to sit it was a pleasant and quick experience.

They have GREAT smoothies. They are served at a reasonable time. They have lots of varieties, and it's a nice little place. 10/10, totally recommend it.

Stopped in for a snack. There wasn't any customers inside when we walked in. Took around 20 minutes to get 3 smoothies. We didn't ask for any extras. People that came in after us, left before we did. The person that helped us was friendly. They were being scolded by another employee the whole time we waited. Wasn't very professional. Smoothies were yummy when we did get them.

Just stopped in for a smoothie. Thinking it would be quick. There was 2 people in front of us that already ordered when we walked in. Took about 5 minutes for them to take our order. As we ordered a door dash order came in. They did that one first. Ordered 3 smoothies... waited another 23 minutes for them to be made. All 3 were different smoothies and yet all taste pretty close to the same. Very runny, weird after taste and just not very good anymore. We've been doing Jamba juices for years (out of state) before moving here. Can't say we will be back. Not worth paying for it when it came be made SOOOO much better at home now.

Service was great. Employees were super friendly and fast.4 stars because of the price. It had been a while since I last went to Jamba and I was shocked that a small drink was $6. It was good but not $6 good.

I love Jamba juice is so so delicious! The prices are high but it's usually worth it. It's like dessert it's that good. I've never been to this location and it was so busy it took over 20 minutes to get our drink after putting in our order. Overall it yummy but expensive.
