I came in yesterday to pick up food on my way home from work, I understand I came in 30 minutes before close but I can’t dismiss what happened. I ordered the country club and Italian night club with no onion or tomato’s. For some reason the Italian night club had both onion and jalapeños on it. The night club doesn’t even come with jalapeños normally! That sandwich was for my boyfriend who can’t handle any amount of spice and he couldn’t eat it at all even after picking them off.

Very poor service. I Arrived 20 or so minutes before close, sat in the drive thru for 5 minutes with no response..
As I pull up to the drive thru window, the worker just completely ignored me. I would have understood if he could have at least explained why they were closed early, but to look me in the face and not say a thing. Come on bro..

Won't be back to JJ's anytime soon.

This was a terrible experience waited 25 minutes for a single sandwich not at all what I expect from Jimmy John’s one of my favorite restaurants. I’m a regular and incredibly disappointed.

Ordered a 16in sandwich in the drive thru, young girl charged my card then was handed a 8in sandwich in drive thru, when I told them I ordered a giant they made me another 8in one and charged me again. After looking at my bank app I showed that she charged my card 16 dollars and then another 7 dollars on my card and couldn't find the receipt from the 16 dollar charge to fix her mistake. These young kids were very confused over a simple order for 1 person. Management needs to refund my second charge and train better

We ordered two turkey sandwiches from the Clinton location today and received two tuna fish sandwiches with mustard instead. This was through the drive-thru, so we didn't discover the error until we were at the water park and it was too late. The Clinton location has messed up sandwiches more than normal lately. A week ago, we ordered through the drive-thru and watched while our bag of food was placed on the counter by the clerk, and then she walked away and helped another customer at the counter while we waited. Ten minutes later, she decided to hand us the bag. What is going on with this location?

This location doesn’t wash the lettuce or any of the produce for a matter of fact, on top of that they’re shady employers. Save yourself the stomach ache and go somewhere else. I know all of this because I used to work for this location, one of the worst locations I’ve ever had the misfortune of working for. Don’t get E.Coli. Go somewhere else.

I ordered 2 (two) sandwiches online from Clearfield and picked them up at the Clinton store. Both were messed up. How do you mess up 2 sandwiches, eapecially when 1 is a slim? The slim is only 1, (in this case) 2 ingredients.... I ordered a Vito, they "forgot" the meat. I ordered a slim provolone add turkey, they "forgot" the provolone. Perhaps the employees need more training on how to read simple instructions, or at the very least how to make their own sandwiches.
The owner of this store needs to filter their employees better. The girl that took back the sandwiches acted like it was MY fault THEY screwed it up. I go to the Clinton store because it's closer than Layton, (not by much) but giving this store a second chance for almost the same error another time prior makes me realize this place isn't worth driving 20 minutes 2x because of some apathetic teenage employees' ignorance.

Terrible service. Takes forever (over an hour) to receive your delivery order. Don’t care when I called and complained about this happening more than once. Go to jersey mikes instead!
