I went to get sandwiches I had ordered for the family and as soon as I walked in, I felt like I was a bother to everyone there. No one said, “hi”. No one said “hello”, no one asked me what I needed until things started to get awkward due to awkward silence. I don’t typically mind as I know people are busy but even as I left, all I got were ugly looks and awkward stares. I guess I’ll go to S. Ogden where at least they pretend to be happy.

Waited 25 minutes for 1 turkey sandwich. I asked for extra turkey and he charged me for another sandwich. The bread was burned, there was no mayo on it and instead of napkins, they gave me paper towels from the bathroom. Never going here again

just got back home from this location of jimmy john’s that we go to every time, we waited in line for 20minutes just for them to forget a bag of chips; also not being the first time. they really need to double check orders and take their headphones out of their ears so that they can focus on what customers are needing and ensuring the orders are correct. They have raised their prices over and over and we’re paying $30 for two meals without one being a full meal. Disappointed especially being a loyal customer.

I ordered food through the app from the Clinton location at 11:50 am 1 sandwich and I live 5 min away from Jimmy John’s. At 12:01 I got a notification saying my order was out for delivery ok great until I didn’t get my food until 12:40 almost an hour after ordering my food initially. Don’t pride yourself on being fast delivery if it’s going to take 50 min to get your food. Granted i probably could have gotten the food myself but wasn’t feeling the best so decided to do delivery. Not only that since it took so long my toasted sub was now cold. Idk why it took so long but I don’t think I’ll ever be back.

I gave Jimmy John's one last chance. The last 3 times I went my order was wrong. Same sandwich. All 3 were different. They were not busy any of the times.
Sat in the drive thru for 30 minutes for 2 sandwiches. Why did it take so long to make sandwiches? I used to work for a jimmy John’s and even during a rush it would never take that long to get all customers taken care of. Wild. The JJs in Ogden is far superior when it comes to service and time.

The staff were nice and polite and the sandwich was fast and tasty. It was our first time in a Jimmy John's and the staff was very patient with us. Overall, it was a good experience and we would go back for a quick bite. There were three of us and a giant sub and a bag of chips was plenty of food.

I came in yesterday to pick up food on my way home from work, I understand I came in 30 minutes before close but I can’t dismiss what happened. I ordered the country club and Italian night club with no onion or tomato’s. For some reason the Italian night club had both onion and jalapeños on it. The night club doesn’t even come with jalapeños normally! That sandwich was for my boyfriend who can’t handle any amount of spice and he couldn’t eat it at all even after picking them off.

I would have understood if he could have at least explained why they were closed early, but to look me in the face and not say a thing. Come on bro..
