As soon as we walked in the door, an employee greeted us and was extremely kind!! If i remember his name right it was Luke! I’ve been to this location many times throughout the years, but have never been so satisfied with my experience to write a review!! This guy deserves a raise!! He’s great!!

I ordered a 2 topping pizza (pepperoni and extra cheese) through the app. The pizza was ready earlier than what they originally told me, there was able to get it out of the portal without problem. However, I was disappointed by the pizza I received, which had very little cheese (see picture).
When I expressed my dissatisfaction to the employee at the front desk, she made up some odd excuse about the sauce ring preventing the cheese from spreading (Even though this is not a problem at the North Ogden Little Caesars). I said okay but I ordered extra cheese... And she said she could tell there is extra cheese because there are some melted on top of the pepperoni...
Also, the pizza was a little overcooked. I will not ever be coming back to this Little Caesars.

Well I like specialty pizza or homemade but I am ruled out every week by my kids. They all want and love Little Caesars. It's their all-time favorite. It's the highest class to them😂.

This little Caesar’s is the worst. Ordered a pizza and by the time I got there, they had made the wrong pizza. The guy cutting and boxing the pizza’s was just throwing the boxes on top of each other. Not sure what they looked like after that. The place is dirty and the customer service is horrible.
We had a pickup order that was sent to the roy location, when we arrived they were closed so we came to the nearest little ceasars and they were more than happy to do our order for us instead, top notch!

Placed a mobile order around 10:10pm when we were about 5 minutes down the road, when we got there the lights were shut off, doors locked, and even called but no one answered, they aren’t supposed to close until 11 so I don’t understand what happened. I called the Syracuse location to see if I could get any information (they had no clue why they were closed either)and thankfully this sweet girl offered to make our pizza and we picked it up there. And I understand, I work in fast food and I can see why they may have closed the door early but if you do not have a drive through or some other way for people to pick up orders you shouldn’t be accepting mobile orders

I ordered a pizza on the app, showed up when it said it would be ready, and after standing in the lobby for 20 minutes I was told they “had to put it back in the oven and it’ll be about five minutes.” So ten minutes later I go back up and ask only to find out they never made it in the first place. Hope my refund actually shows up.
