Not sure why it's worse, but online orders at this location have terrible service. They try to tell you it's been picked up even if you're sitting in the restaurant---no emails or texts sent. They just don't do them unless you complain. Dude at the counter Sunday 12/8/24 4PM completely dropped the ball, portions served as the "replacement" were toddler size.

Got the family meal and apparently made the mistake of ordering beef broccoli. You could count the tiny pieces of beef in one hand. It was a very disappointing meal.

I arrived at the Restaurant and bought a plate with rice, roast chicken and shrimp to eat. Very good. 👍I hope you enjoy your visit to the restaurant. Rice with shrimp and chicken is an excellent choice. Its flavor is delicious and will leave you wanting more. Don't hesitate to ask for whatever you need to accompany your meal. Enjoy!

I recently dined at Panda Express, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, making it a great spot for a casual meal. The decor strikes a lovely balance between modern and approachable, creating a relaxed environment.

The staff here truly sets this restaurant apart. Everyone is incredibly kind and attentive, ensuring that every guest feels welcome. A special shout-out goes to the manager, Sienna. Her friendly demeanor and genuine passion for customer service make a noticeable difference. She took the time to check on our table and asked how everything was going.

Additionally, the cleanliness of the restaurant is commendable. Every corner shines, which adds to the overall pleasant experience. I left Panda Express feeling satisfied not just with the food but also with the warmth and care from the entire team. Highly recommend!

The never give sauces, normally have attitude towards customers and you can’t even look at the menu online without starting an order. Usually dirty inside and when you ask questions you mainly get blank stares in response

If you need catering for an event, talk to Miller at this location. He is awesome! He really helped us out for catering a wedding luncheon.

Wow the reviews on this place are Either really good or.... Really bad. My family and I will occasionally go here and we have never had an issue. The food is always, the staff is friendly but nothing exceptional. We got there around 630 and we were able to get in and enjoy our food there.
I got the orange chicken and fried rice in a bowl and shared it with my son. My brother got the noodles, lemon chicken, and the orange chicken. Like I said before they greeted us, got our food out warm, and the staff was kind. The cashier even noticed my son and gave an extra fortune cookie for him to enjoy. So well done on that part.
On some of the reviews I noticed they complained about portion sizes, food getting cold, rude staff, or bad customer service. We have never experienced that, but we also realize that inflation has really screwed up the fast food industry, and people always need more training. Maybe a bad day on the staff? Or a bad staff member needs to go? Anyways I am always willing to give a second chance as long as it wasn't violent or excessive. People always make mistakes and most people deserve a second chance.
If you do decide to come, there is a lot of construction on 2000. It is best to come south on 2000 to avoid crossing lanes because again people are people and can be extremely rude when driving. Making it difficult to cross over.

Parking: There is parking but I recommend driving through. We were able to park on the last two stalls. However you are able to park amongst the other businesses.

Kid-friendliness: My kids love the food.

Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible to all abilities.

Stopped by 45 min before closing... they told me they weren't making any more food and we would have to pick from the 4 items they had left over from the day. No thank you. Won't be eating here ever again.
