Food is excellent and prices are great but they have never honored any of the coupons they send me. Especially through t.mobile Tuesday's. Also, they seem completely unable to tell when they are running low on any entree, so they don't start cooking it before it runs out. Every single time I go there they tell me they are out of what ever I order and it will be an 8 to 15 minute wait while they cook more. Great food but very frustrating.

Terrible place to eat. Absolutely terrible! They aren't smart enough to know when they're about to run out of food so that they can start cooking it in enough time to replace it when it's needed. So you have to sit there and wait forever for them to cook it, meanwhile, the food that is ready, they stick it in a box and just leave it sitting out on the counter while the other items are being prepared, so it just sits out on the counter getting cold. When you ask them why you should have to eat and pay for cold food that's supposed to be hot, they just say, "oh sorry, it's been busy," and then walk away from you as if your concern was stupid. This place is awful.

If they are out of something and you order it in the drive thru, they send you to park in the parking lot and wait. 10 minutes later, they brought the food out. I wouldn’t have minded picking something else if they had just told me what I ordered was out at the moment. If I’m using a drive thru, I’m hoping to be on my way fast.

They were really busy but staffed well. We got in and out in a reasonable time. Staff was nice. Got the 3 entre. I ate it all. Too much food for one sitting. We spent about $22. Money well spent. I like this location. The one on 12th Street made me sick.

I'd give this Panda Express at least a solid three stars, if they could learn how to completely cook the food they are serving. On at least four or five of the visits over the last few months, the vegetables have been undercooked, almost raw crunchy. Today's brown rice was like cooking your own brown rice, but only letting it cook for half of the time it should! It was chewy and even somewhat hard in some bites. This coupled with the constant price increases, and small amount of entree with a large amount of rice is the last straw for us. We have been going here for years, but I think we are not going to bother going there anymore.

The service at this location is horrible! Tried to redeem panda reward of free small firecracker shrimp with purchase of a plate. Lady at the drive through said that was online orders only. I said the email states online or in person. She said pull forward. When I got to the window and showed her the QR code she said I already ran it through so you can’t use that now. I said I pulled forward to show you the code and now you still won’t accept it. She just handed me my food and my card and closed the window.

Rude! The woman at the drive thru window gave me the dirtiest look for daring to ask for some paper plates.
Just went threw the drive through at like 9:05 and the girl that we met at the drive through was a complete jerk. She was mumbling into the mic and we asked her to repeat herself and she snapped at us. Like you don't need to do all that. Quit if you're so tired.

I dont review many fast food restaurants, but had to do this one. Chow Mein and Orange Chicken were great as always. The Honey Sesame Chicken Breast was awful. No flavor and there were parts that weren't cooked all the way and it just tasted like batter paste in my mouth. Better try next time with that recipe!!!
