Wanted a pizza. Got a loaf of bread. Whoever worked last night at 7pm. 08/24/25 really don’t care about quality. If a pizza looked like this coming off of a line. I’d start over. NOT ONLY that. But it was highly cross contaminated. It had SOOOO MUCH CINNAMON on the bottom it almost tasted like I had cinnamon bread. Not a pizza. Won’t ever order from this Hut again. Clearly no one cares about quality.

The 90s kid part of me still wants to believe that Pizza Hut is the premier ‘best of the pizza chains.’ I had the worst pizza I’ve ever had in my life when I ordered from them today. Staff was great so I’ll eek out a second star on their behalf.

Had a order that included a 2 liter of pepsi and did not get it called the store and wasted a complaint was filed and someone would call me back when asked about a credit was told maybe not guaranteed plus the breadstick were way to expensive for what we got that is why thy were my last choice for pizza

This is not a dine-in location. They usually have my pizza ready to go as soon as I arrive, usually 15-ish minutes after I place my order. Great service, great food.

Pizza Hut has my favorite crust, or it used to. Tonight, they gave me yesterday's pizza, and it was the least fresh pepperoni pizza I've ever had. I could not eat it. My wife ordered Pesto, which seemed to be fresh, but still was disappointing. The cheesy breadsticks were good, but not enough for me to ever go back. My only solace is that I did not tip when the machine asked. I'm going to Marco's from now on.
Cardboard pizza 🍕 I ordered a half pepperoni half cheese and got a cheese pizza! It's extra if you buy a pepperoni pizza and only want half of it with pepperoni!

Not enough workers or hustle for the Friday night dinner rush. Pizzas are piling up on the cooling racks but not being boxed fast enough.

Ordered pizza through the app, and after 40 minutes, the order got canceled in tje system. (No fault of the stores. Most likely a glitch). When I called about it, they didn't know why it happened, but they made it right . They went above and beyond to help resolve. Definitely will order here again.

I ordered online, my customer service experience was excellent, however the food was awful, the pizza was dry, cold and down right just sad!! I'm very disappointed as they use to be very good! They even customized my order but it was still not not that.. 🤔 they need to really get different cooks if that's the case. I'm sorry to say that, but it's the truth as I've tried them a few times and this has been the case a few times now. I hoped it had changed but it still hasn't.
