Ordered a pizza and it was delivered to the wrong house. They use Doordash to deliver their food. I tried messaging my driver and calling with no response. Tried calling pizza hut multiple times just to get hung up on. Beware ordering from this location. I'm out $40.00 for thier mistake and there is NO way to get ahold of anyone!!!!

The Clinton Utah Pizza Hut is the worst! We ordered two pizzas, the Hawaiian was fine, the Meat pizza was another story!!! The meat pizza was ordered with additional cheese and mushrooms, neither of which were added to the pizza. When my husband went to the store to complain, the guy at the cash register literally walked away, leaving my husband alone at the counter! He was able to get his money back, but the damage was done. Horrible customer service!

I went to pick it up being told that they have a pickup window which they don't. Not enough staff on a Saturday night. I will not be ordering or going to this location again.

The service for this location has gone so downhill fast. When picking up my pizza I have never witnessed such disrespect from employees. A door dasher was belittled in front of everyone when he was being kind to them. His order was sitting in the warmer but they just walked away and still made him wait. When I arrived they said 20 more minutes after being told 15 minutes on the phone and not arriving until 20 minutes after I ordered. After 20 more minutes, I asked again and they said 20 minutes yet again. After waiting 10 more minutes I said to just give me a refund. All of a sudden my order appeared within a minute. They were not overly busy or understaffed. They had at least 6 employees, two being managers, just walking around chitchatting. The way I watched them speak to customers and walk away with such attitude is something I have never seen before. So disappointing.

The Pizza Huts in and outside Ogden are slow in getting the pizzas out. Otherwise it's Pizza Hut, right?
Unreal. I ordered online from this place while they were running a $13 special. Imagine my surprise when those 13 dollars turned to $26 at checkout. "Its okay," I said. "At least it'll be a good pizza." I mean for almost $30 you expect a great product. What I got instead was, a 2 hour wait, with a pizza thinner than the paper plate i was eating it from. ICE COLD, I had to put it in my oven so it'd be even remotely palatable.
To make matters EVEN worse. They hired a door dash driver to deliver my order. I requested a contactless delivery but my instructions somehow got lost with the middleman. The store kept the tip I prepaid with my order so I had to tip AGAIN to insure the driver wasn't getting shafted by this Pizza Hut. All that for a THIRTHY DOLLAR 1 topping pizza that was cold, anemic, and took almost 2 hours to deliver. Stay away from this place.

Ordered a 3 pizza box deal and some wings, I was told 25-45 minutes for delivery. I waited 2 and a half hours. During this time I called the store and was hung up on immediately, 3 times. I had to pretend to place an order to actually talk with a person, who just transferred me to the store that then hung up on me. I also had 2 (maybe 3) different doordashers before it was actually delivered. Over $100 spent including tip so I could wait around for hours without any notification or being able to contact someone. I dont order pizza because I want to be stressed out, the idea if for it to be stress free and fast. I could have went to the store bought ingredients and MADE pizza faster and cheaper. Big failure.

Both pizzas were cold and had missing toppings. I ordered the new pesto Margherita and they forgot the garlic pesto! I still have not received a call from them nor can I get a manager on the phone. Horribly ran and there is no communication from the management.

I have tried calling the store and I only get hung up on and I called the corporate number and they won't help me they say only the store can help me with a refund. I will never order from them again. Worst customer service ever.
