I ordered pizza online on Thursday March 28th thinking I was ordering at the Clearfield pizza hut not realizing that the Clearfield location closed and it defaulted to Clinton. When I realized this I called and asked them to cancel my order.The guy said he would cancel it. I Looked at my bank account today and they still charged me for it.I gave it a few days to see if the pending charge would fall off but no.it still charged me just over 25.00. Not happy!

Pizza Hut used to be my favorite. I’m not sure when it went down hill, but the last 6 years or so it’s TERRIBLE. This location especially. If you go to Kaysville it typically tastes better but still it has gone dramatically down hill. Since when is Little Caesar’s tons better? Also customer service is HORRIBLE. They can place your order but they can’t make any changes and they’ll transfer you to someone that can “help” aka the store who doesn’t pick up their phone. I knew I shouldn’t have ordered here but my daughter earned a free pizza from school, so I placed my order online, but there was no place to order her school pizza, so I did the Notorious call with people that can’t do anything to help you but give you the run around. Apparently they were “out” of free pizza’s at this location. Whatever the hell that means. By the time I made the 30 minute drive I was pretty heated up. The kid seemed clueless. Accidentally gave me my pizza for free, which it wasn’t even worth it. Bottom line, HORRIBLE pizza, horrible service. Goodbye Pizza Hut you’ll be missed.

Perfect food for the occasionDietary restrictions: I have allergies to pineapple and vitamin c and when I order a Hawaiian there's no way any of the pineapple touches my supremeKid-friendliness: Just able to get what our kids want on a personal pizza because they love having there own box of there favorite items

My last two orders from this Pizza Hut were not the best and I wasn't going to go back. BUT I decided to give it one more try because my Grandson likes their breadsticks. Today I was very pleased!! It was clean, there was a gentlemen giving training, instruction and help to employees, and my order was especially tasty! So glad! Thank You!

I have ordered here twice before with no big issues, but they were carry out. Today was a long day & I was tired after working for 12 hours on a Sunday, so I ordered delivery. BIG mistake! I ordered at 6:37 pm and the delivery was expected by 7:20 AT THE LATEST. At 7:37, I called the store, was put on hold and after a couple minutes, I heard fax machine noises and then the line went dead, so I was pissed about that. The order FINALLY showed up at 7:57. That’s EIGHTY minutes for only 3 pizzas on a Sunday night and I live less than 2 miles away from the store. The food was fine, but I wasn’t expecting to eat so late. I’ll NEVER order delivery from this store ever again. I haven’t had a problem with carry out, so I’d still recommend this, but DON’T order delivery unless you’re planning to eat almost 90 minutes after you order!

Terrible customer service , let all the delivery drivers stare off into the cosmos without a word in 10 min . Slamming things around very uncomfortable atmosphere. Pizzas were already done sitting off to the side . Very unprofessional establishment, I wouldn't order from here ever again

Unreal how bad this experience was, delivery was scheduled a hour and a half in advance and ended up being a hour late, unable to call anyone at the local store as all they do is pick up and hang up immediately.

Don't bother calling if you have a problem with your order. You'll get the run around from corporate. Apparently, the number listed is not the store number. I was assured by a person who spoke broken English they'll call me back. When? End of night. Next day? I have the incorrect order now. So I'm stuck? I guess I have to drive to store to get help. Kind of sucks since I don't have a car right now. Should of just stick with papa johns. At least they'll help.

Place has gone downhill fast the last couple months… I’ve seen the workers rush in from smoking and not even wash their hands to pull out a pizza and cut it. Used to be a good place I’m in here daily as a food delivery driver and am watching it get worse and worse. Waste of time and money. I refuse to order from this location after picking up from here so many times. Thought others should know how they handle the food. Even the new workers all have attitudes.. like they hate it there
